NFL Week 15 ends with an AFC interdivisional matchup between the Miami Dolphins and Pittsburgh Steelers on Monday Night Football. Oddsmakers value the Steelers as a -180 betting favorite at home with a 41.5 point total.
My NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Bets (Week 14) settled as a losing night during the Philadelphia Eagles’ overtime loss to the Los Angeles Chargers. Jalen Hurts sailed over his total passing yards (187.5) with 240 yards and finished with just eight rushing yards, failing to go over 28.5 rushing yards. This 0-2 start led to a win with Saquon Barkley going over 17.5 rush attempts (20) to finish with a slightly smaller deficit at 1-2.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Picks
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Aaron Rodgers just threw for 284 yards during a crucial road win over Baltimore to keep Pittsburgh atop the AFC North. The Steelers’ veteran signal-caller will face a Miami defense that has held three straight quarterbacks under 210.5 passing yards.
Miami’s been limiting opponents under 300 total yards since a Week 12 bye. However, that came against the Saints and Jets. Now, the Dolphins will likely struggle to contain Steelers’ OC Arthur Smith’s run-centric scheme with Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell. After all, Miami has allowed six opponents to log over 150 rushing yards.
Rodgers has gone under 210.5 passing yards in five full starts during his first season in Pittsburgh. Cold temperatures could turn this into a physical, ground-and-pound attack from both offenses, leading to a reduced time of possession.
After setting a season-high in passing yards last week, we’re going to fade Rodgers and go under 210.5 passing yards against the Dolphins.

Miami’s offense is funneled through RB1 De’Von Achane. Achane’s been a dynamic player for the Dolphins all season, logging over 79.5 rushing yards in four straight games.
Achane is coming off a 92-yard outing against the Jets, although he had to exit early due to a rib injury. He’s cleared now and will face a Steelers run defense playing without star edge rusher, T.J. Watt. Pittsburgh has also allowed the Bills and Ravens to record over 215 rushing yards in consecutive games played.
Achane is an explosive runner who can make defenders miss in open space within Mike McDaniel’s zone run-blocking scheme. We’re going to target Miami’s top offensive weapon and bet on Achane’s over 79.5 rushing yards.

Jaylen Waddle is the primary target for Tua Tagovailoa in Miami’s offense right now. Aside from Achane, Waddle has a healthy 29.5 percent target share in the Dolphins’ previous three games, logging between six and seven targets in six straight starts.
As a result of this high-volume target share, Waddle has gone over 4.5 receptions in four of his previous six games. This includes last week against a stout Jets’ secondary, finishing with five receptions on seven targets.
Waddle’s facing a Steelers pass defense missing a starting defensive back. Pittsburgh has not been stellar on defense in 2025, and it extends to the secondary. Waddle will have plenty of opportunities to log receptions, so let’s finish our NFL Week 15 Monday Night Football player props by betting on Miami’s WR1 to go over 4.5 receptions against Pittsburgh.
