NFL Week 4 closes out with a Monday Night Football doubleheader, starting with an AFC East tilt between the New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. An hour later, Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos will host Jake Browning and the Cincinnati Bengals. All four of these teams lost in Week 3 and will look to bounce back with a win in prime time.
My NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Bets (Lions vs. Ravens) settled 1-2. Lamar Jackson surged past 225+ passing yards, making it the lone winner. Zay Flowers never came close to going over 5.5 receptions, finishing with two receptions on three targets. Jahmyr Gibbs recorded 22 carries, with under 12.5 carries settling as a loss.

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins
Miami will look to run its offense through third-year running back, De’Von Achane. Through three games, Achane is tied with Tyreek Hill for most targets (23) on the Dolphins. He’s the team leader in receptions, hauling in at least seven catches in back-to-back games.
The Jets’ defense is a bottom-ten unit in terms of net yards gained per pass attempt. Head coach Aaron Glenn has prioritized stopping the run, which will lead to more quick designed screens and dump-offs to Achane from Miami head coach Mike McDaniel.
We’re landing a good price on Achane to go over 39.5 receiving yards at -114. Achane has gone under 39.5 receiving yards in two of three games. However, the Jets surrender chunk plays in the passing game, while limiting opponents to 56 completions, which is a top-ten mark in the league.
Instead of total receptions, let’s invest in Miami’s top target and receiver to log 40 or more receiving yards for the second time this season.
Pick: De’Von Achane Over 39.5 Receiving Yards (-114)

Cincinnati Bengals at Denver Broncos
Denver has had a tough start to its season, losing late against the Colts and Chargers. Broncos’ RB1, J.K. Dobbins, has been efficient, turning double-digit carries into at least 63 rushing yards and a touchdown in every game under head coach Sean Payton.
Dobbins’ total rushing yards prop is set to 64.5. He’ll face a Bengals defense allowing 4.4 YPC. Cincinnati just surrendered 116 rushing yards to Minnesota Vikings running back, Jordan Mason, during a Week 3 blowout loss. Mason only handled 16 carries, so Dobbins’ similar volume should yield a few chunk plays on the ground.
Let’s bet on Dobbins to go over 64.5 rushing yards against Cincinnati at home on Monday Night Football.
Pick: J.K. Dobbins Over 64.5 Rushing Yards (-130)
