Monday Night Football features another doubleheader to close out Week 7. All four teams either possess a winning record or are riding a multi-game winning streak entering their matchup. The Detroit Lions host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as a -5.5 point favorite with a 52.5 point total, while the Houston Texans are +3 on the road against the Seattle Seahawks with a 41.5 point total.
We were one pass attempt away from a perfect 3-0 sweep with my NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Bets (Week 7) picks. It was still a profitable outing at 2-1, with Bijan Robinson soaring over 74.5 rushing yards and Jayden Daniels finishing with over 6.5 rush attempts. Michael Penix Jr. recorded 32 pass attempts, resulting in a loss on the hook for under 31.5 pass attempts.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Picks
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Detroit’s star wideout, Amon-Ra St. Brown, has garnered a 32 percent target share from Jared Goff in 2025. St. Brown is likely going to get even more opportunities to showcase his talent against Tampa Bay, whose defense is elite at stopping the run.
Through six games, St. Brown has gone over 75.5 receiving yards in three of them. He’s an explosive play maker who can rack up yards after the catch, which makes him appealing to back in the total receiving yards betting market.
Tampa Bay has allowed 296 or more passing yards in back-to-back games against Sam Darnold and Mac Jones. It’s fair to expect Goff to heavily target his favorite wideout in a favorable matchup against the Buccaneers’ porous secondary.
Let’s bet on Amon-Ra St. Brown to go over 75.5 receiving yards for the fourth time this season ahead of this exciting matchup against Tampa Bay on Monday Night Football.

We’ve already discussed Tampa Bay’s elite run defense and how it will affect Detroit’s gameplan on Monday Night Football. David Montgomery splits carries with Jahmyr Gibbs, which is why his total rushing yards prop is set to 43.5.
The Buccaneers are allowing 3.7 YPC, ranked fifth-best in the NFL. Montgomery has gone under 43.5 rushing yards in three of six games, including last week’s 30-17 road loss against Kansas City.
Green Bay, Cleveland, and Kansas City have all held Montgomery well under 44 rushing yards. During those games, Detroit’s RB2 logged 25-12-24 total rushing yards.
Tampa Bay has held five of six opponents under 100 total rushing yards. Factoring in Gibbs’ carries, plus the Buccaneers’ stout run defense, and it creates a compelling case for us to bet Montgomery under 43.5 rushing yards.
Houston has shaken off an 0-3 start and mounted back-to-back wins over the Titans and Ravens. During this winning streak, the Texans’ offense has scored 70 total points, logging at least 350 yards of total offense in both matchups.
Seattle’s defense under head coach Mike McDonald is a top-ten unit against the run and pass. It’s going to force C.J. Stroud to look to his favorite targets, which include TE Dalton Schultz.
Schultz has a team-high 20.3 percent target share. The Texans’ TE1 has gone over 4.5 receptions in three straight games, setting up another high-volume outing on the road against the Seahawks.
Let’s back Schultz to continue hauling in the majority of his targets. He’s had at least five targets in four of five games and has been a reliable pass-catching option alongside WR Nico Collins.
We’re going to finish our Week 7 Monday Night Football player props by betting on Dalton Schultz to go over 4.5 receptions.
