Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Picks
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Zonovan “Bam” Knight is the latest running back to start in Arizona’s injury-riddled backfield. Knight logged 14 carries for 57 rushing yards in his last outing against Green Bay.
Emari Demercado is a full-go, which will likely eat into Knight’s carries. However, Dallas is one of the league’s worst run defenses. The Cowboys are surrendering 4.9 YPC, including 136 or more rushing yards in five straight games.
Knight should be able to finish with at least 48 rushing yards in this matchup. Arizona likes to establish the run to set up play-action in OC Drew Petzing’s offense, so let’s invest in Knight to go over 47.5 rushing yards in a favorable matchup.
Jake Ferguson was blanked by Denver’s stingy pass defense in Week 8. Despite being Prescott’s third favorite target with a 19.7 percent target share in 2025, the Cowboys’ tight end finished with zero receptions on only one target in Denver.
Ferguson should be primed for an explosive outing against Arizona. The Cardinals have allowed three different tight ends to score this season. Ferguson has racked up six touchdowns, all occurring within Dallas’ last five games played.
At +125 in the anytime touchdown scorer player prop market, let’s bet on Ferguson to return to form and find the end zone against Arizona.

Dak Prescott has finished with under 266.5 passing yards in four straight games leading up to tonight’s kickoff against the Cardinals. Arizona has also held opposing quarterbacks to 249 or fewer passing yards in four consecutive matchups.
The Cardinals have not been able to stop the run lately, allowing Seattle and Indianapolis to both tally over 150 rushing yards. Even Tennessee and Green Bay were able to move the football in the ground game, so Cowboys RB Javonte Williams should soak up 15-20 touches.
Prescott may wind up throwing three or four touchdown passes. However, the explosive chunk plays may be tough to hit. Factor in Arizona coming off a bye week, with head coach Jonathan Gannon’s former experience as the Eagles’ DC, and there’s value in betting on Prescott to finish with under 266.5 passing yards.
