New York Giants at Los Angeles Rams

This Monday Night Football matchup carries plenty of intrigue. The Rams return home after their season-opening 20-point loss to division rival San Francisco in Australia. Meanwhile, the Giants are coming off an emphatic Week 1 win over Dallas on Sunday Night Football. Los Angeles is a 6.5-point favorite with a 47.5-point total.

Isaiah Likely was the headliner in the Giants' receiving corps last week, and rightfully so. However, Malik Nabers also had a solid game- six catches for 69 yards on a team-high nine targets. The star wideout looked healthy coming off his ACL injury, and the chemistry with Jaxson Dart was there right away.

Let's count on Nabers to have another good performance on Monday night. The Rams' secondary allowed both Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel to grab six receptions apiece last week. Nabers’s floor should be around 5-6 catches, and the yardage will follow. Plus, the Rams’ pass rush is banged up, which gives Dart more time to find his No. 1 WR.

The Giants should also feature Cam Skattebo as the offense tries to establish the run. In Week 1, the 49ers ran all over the Rams- 174 rushing yards at 5.8 yards per carry. Both Christian McCaffrey and Kaelon Black exploited a Los Angeles defensive line that may struggle to contain Cam Skattebo, who had 81 rushing yards in the opener.

On the Rams' side of things, look for Kyren Williams to be a factor as a pass-catcher out of the backfield. The Giants just allowed Cowboys running back Javonte Williams to record 31 receiving yards on five catches. The defense also gave up 30.6 receiving yards per game to running backs last season.

Williams, meanwhile, had 24 receiving yards on three catches in Week 1. He was the Rams' third-leading receiver, and his role could increase even more this week if Puka Nacua is sidelined or limited. Williams, by the way, now has 15+ receiving yards in seven straight games dating back to last season.
