Week 2 Monday Night Football Touchdown Scorer Prop Bets: Chargers vs. Raiders

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

First Touchdown Scorer: Brock Bowers (+1000)

Brock Bowers is coming off one of the best rookie tight end seasons ever. Last year, his 1,194 receiving yards shattered Mike Ditka's record of 1,076, and his 112 catches were well over Sam LaPorta's 86.

The 2025 season started well for Bowers with 103 receiving yards. It's a great sign that he can still excel in an offense that brought in a new quarterback with Geno Smith and a new head coach in Pete Carroll.

The sophomore tight end performed well against the Chargers last year, catching 10 passes for 108 yards and a touchdown across two games.

Anytime Touchdown Scorer: Omarion Hampton (-125)

One of the storylines of this game features the first two running backs taken in this year's draft. Between Omarion Hampton and Ashton Jeanty in Week 1, Hampton had the better day in terms of yards from scrimmage, with 61. Just because Hampton was selected after Jeanty doesn't mean he can't outshine him in this game.

The Raiders struggled against running backs last season, allowing the sixth-most rushing touchdowns to the position, along with four receiving touchdowns. In both matchups last season, the Raiders allowed a Chargers running back to score.

Anytime Touchdown Scorer: Keenan Allen (+225)

Sometimes it's not about what's flashy, but what's reliable. Justin Herbert got back someone who shaped his career early on when the team brought back Keenan Allen. It looked like those two never parted as Allen led the team with 10 targets and seven catches, and found the end zone in Week 1.

That connection will positively impact Herbert's season, so don’t be surprised if Allen leads the team in targets. The Raiders have been good to Allen; he's found the end zone in two of the last three matchups.
