The NFC Championship Game will be a battle of heavyweights, with the Rams and Seahawks colliding for the third time this season.
How close has this matchup been? The Rams and Seahawks split their two regular-season games, with the Rams outscoring the Seahawks by one point and outgaining the Seahawks by one yard over the two games.
Here are my favorite player props for Rams-Seahawks.

Rams vs. Seahawks Conference Championship Props
Last week: 4-5 | Season record: 85-61 | All odds are from Hard Rock Bet
Walker has beaten this number in each of his last two games and three of his last four. And now, Walker figures to get a spike in usage with Seahawks RB Zach Charbonnet out for the rest of the playoffs with a torn ACL.
Although Seattle's running backs accounted for only 13.6% of team targets during the regular season - the fifth-lowest RB target share in the league - the Seahawks' RBs became more involved in the passing game late in the year. Since Week 11, Walker and Charbonnet have combined to average 4.8 targets, 4.0 catches, and 35.0 receiving yards per game.
Walker out-targeted Charbonnet 27-16 over that nine-game stretch. Now, Walker is likely to get 100% of Seattle's RB targets Sunday against the Rams. (Seahawks RBs other than Walker and Charbonnet have combined for three targets this season.)
The Rams allowed the seventh-most receptions (83) and fifth-most receiving yards (650) to running backs during the regular season. Walker had three catches for 44 yards against the Rams in Week 11, and three catches for 64 yards against the Rams in Week 16.
This is probably my favorite player prop of Championship Sunday. This number could go up in the coming days, and I would bet the Over all the way up to 25.5 receiving yards.
Shaheed is the sort of explosive playmaker who could beat this number on a single play. The thing is, Shaheed hasn't been very involved in the Seattle offense in recent weeks.
After the trade that sent him from the Saints to the Seahawks, Shaheed played more than half of Seattle's offensive snaps in four of his first six games and averaged 3.8 targets, 2.2 catches, and 29.7 receiving yards per game over that span.
However, over his last four games, Shaheed has five targets, two catches, and 10 receiving yards. He's played less than half of Seattle's offensive snaps in each of his last three games.
Shaheed faced the Rams in his second game with the Seahawks and had two catches for 27 yards on five targets. Yet, in Seattle's Week 16 game against the Rams, Shaheed had one target and zero receptions.
I'm following the trends and taking the Under here.
The Seattle defense has been tough on wide receivers this season, but tight ends have been their Achilles’ heel. During the regular season, the Seahawks allowed the second-fewest receiving yards to wide receivers but the sixth-most receiving yards to tight ends.
Strangely, Parkinson had two of his least productive games of the last three months against the Seahawks. He had two catches for 14 yards against Seattle in Week 11 (although he did score a touchdown in that game), and two catches for 21 yards against the Seahawks in Week 16.
Still, Parkinson has beaten this number in four consecutive games and in eight of his last nine. Over his last nine contests, Parkinson has averaged 5.4 targets, 3.7 catches, and 41.7 receiving yards per game.
Smash the Over.
