Best Saturday Week 15 PrizePicks Player Predictions
Browning has put together two phenomenal performances in a row. He's thrown for at least 275 yards in both of his starts, and he's completed 50 of his 61 attempts. Yet, he is bound to have a more mediocre game against the Vikings, even if his team wins.
The Vikings are allowing just 198 passing yards per game over their last three. They haven't faced great quarterbacks during that span, but they've faced players who have been streaky throughout the year. The Vikings are allowing the second-worst opponent completion percentage this season. However, we expect Browning to complete plenty of passes but struggle to compile yards against a defense that is suddenly playing great.
Just when it looked like Jaylen Warren was going to overtake Harris for the lead-back position in Pittsburgh, Harris started to get the majority of carries again. Over the past four weeks, Harris has carried the ball 56 times while Warren has carried just 38. In every game during that span, Harris has at least two more carries than Warren.
The key to Harris hitting this prop will be the Steelers not falling too far behind. This past week, their running attack was nonexistent as the team tried to eras a 21-3 deficit. While the Colts' offense could pull away early in this one, they do have the sixth-worst run defense in football. Without success at the quarterback position, the Steelers are going to run the ball as often as they can. Harris will clear this total before the game gets out of hand.
St. Brown has set a new season-low in receiving yards in each of his last two games. Two weeks ago against the New Orleans Saints, he caught two passes for 49 yards. This past week, he caught three for 21. Before those two performances, St. Brown had at least 70 yards in nine of his first 10 games.
The Broncos pass defense has been solid of late. They're ranked 24th in passing yards allowed this season, but they're allowing just 211 per game in their last three. Jared Goff and the Lions have struggled over the last three weeks, but at home in primetime, this could be a huge breakout performance for the offense. Even if it's not, St. Brown isn't going to disappoint for the third week in a row. The Lions are going to do everything in their power to get him the ball, and he will use his speed and elusiveness to do the rest.
