The NHL season is heating up, and the league rolls out a massive 15-game slate for us to bet on tonight. I'm heading the player props route to get some skin in the game. I've listed my three favorite player predictions at PrizePicks beow. If all three cash, they'll net us a 5x multiplier.

Saturday’s Best NHL PrizePicks Player Predictions
Sidney Crosby More Than 0.5 Assists
Let's get the action started with an early evening tilt in the Eastern Division, where the Penguins (18-17-8) will be hosting the Senators (19-18-3). Puck drop is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. ET from PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, PA.
Sidney Crosby, even at the age of 37, continues to dominate this league. The veteran centerman ranks 16th in points scored (47), and his 35 assists are the eighth-most in the NHL. Crosby has assists in two straight games, as well as in seven of his last 11 contests (63.6%).
As for Ottawa's defense, they're a mid-tier group, but they are without top netminder Linus Ullmark (2.38 GAA, .915 SV%), who suffered a lower-body injury back in late December. The Sens have dropped four straight games (0-3-1), conceding 3.8 goals per game during the stretch. Ottawa is also just 23rd on the penalty kill (77.39%) and 22nd in high-danger shots against (151). Without a reliable backstop, Pittsburgh, and specifically Crosby, should turn in a big night at home.
Matt Duchene More Than 0.5 Points
The Stars (26-13-1) are catching fire and have rattled off six straight victories. They'll try to keep it rolling tonight when they take on the Canadiens (20-18-3) in the Great White North. Puck drop is slated for 7:00 p.m. ET from the Bell Centre in Montreal, QC.
Matt Duchene currently leads the Stars in scoring this year with 16 goals and 22 assists. He's found a renaissance in the Lone Star State, as the centerman also logged a 65-point (25 goals, 40 assists) campaign a year ago with Dallas. All we need is for Duchene to pick up one simple point tonight against the Habs. Sign me up. Duchene has been lighting it up over the last two weeks, racking up eight points (three goals, five assists) in his last six games. He hit the more than in four of those six contests (66.7%).
Mostly, I like this matchup against the Canadiens, who are playing well, but certainly have their defensive issues. The Habs are 28th in both GAA (3.17) and high-danger shots against (160) while ranking 30th in SV% (.883). This high-flying Dallas offense should find plenty of success tonight. I like for Duchene to have his hand in a goal.
Dylan Holloway More Than 0.5 Points
The Blues (10-19-4) will look to grab their second straight win tonight when they host the visiting Blue Jackets (19-17-6). This cross-conference showdown gets underway at 7:00 p.m. ET from the Enterprise Center in St. Louis, MO.
Like Crosby and Duchene, St. Louis' Dylan Holloway is putting together a very nice season. The second-line left-winger enters the weekend with 32 points (70th), which have come via 15 goals (46th) and 17 helpers (102nd). Holloway is riding a five-game point streak (two goals, six assists). He has at least one point in seven of his last eight contests (87.5%).
Holloway is tasked with racking up points against Columbus' lowly defense tonight. The Blue Jackets come into this game ranked dead last in GAA (3.43), 31st in SV% (.877) and 28th on the penalty kill (73.55%). Columbus has seen at least seven combined goals in nine of their last 11 games, so it's clear they're shifting to a run-and-gun style this season. This should allow for Holloway and this underrated Blues offense to amass the scoring chances tonight. Give me Holloway to score at least one point tonight.
