Their last game showed their resilience as they erased a 4-1 lead against the Penguins to win in overtime. MacKinnon is on fire with an 18-game point streak and has 37 (12G 25A) in that time. In those 18 games, he's had an assist in 16.
Alex Ovechkin More Than 1.5 Points (Demon)
It was a brutal start to the season for Alex Ovechkin, where people were concerned as to why he fell off so quickly. There is no more concern as he's back to being the old Ovi. He's coming in with 29 points (18G 11A) in his last 24 games and averaging two points in his last four. Tonight, he gets the Red Wings, who have plummeted in recent weeks, going 3-9-0 and allowing an abysmal 4.16 goals per game. The Capitals and Ovechkin are playing their best offense all season, so look for them to go big against a struggling Detroit defense.
David Pastrnak More Than 4.5 Shots on Goal (Demon)
This is an important game as the Bruins and Panthers are tied for first in the Atlantic. Both teams haven't been playing their best, as Florida is 1-3-1 recently, and Boston has lost back-to-back. Both goalies haven’t been playing their best either; Jeremy Swayman has allowed five goals in each of these last three games, and Sergei Bobrovsky has lost his last four and allowed 17 goals in that span. David Pastrnak is shot on goal machine, and the only teams he's gone under four SOG against in his last ten games are Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. The Panthers aren’t from Pennslyvania, so you should be good.
