Sunday’s UFL action opens with a battle of 1-0 teams, just as it did on Saturday. The second game is a battle of Week 1 losers. The spreads are relatively sizable for both games, and a pair of “lower” choices are eye-catching. However, one “higher” is sweet for an underdog wideout.

Best UFL Week 2 PrizePicks Player Projections
Here are Sunday’s best UFL Week 2 PrizePicks plays.
Matt Corral UNDER 197.5 Passing Yards
Matt Corral was Pro Football Focus’s (PFF’s) highest-graded passer in Week 1. He wasn’t flawless, though. Corral completed just 57.1% of his passes, with a 68.4 Adjusted Completion%. Corral had 201 passing yards in what eventually turned into a blowout win.
Another positive game script this week threatens Corral’s passing outlook. According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Stallions are 6.5-point underdogs. He might also cede some playing time to Adrian Martinez, who was also utilized in the first half.
Moreover, Martinez was on the field to begin Birmingham’s final drive in the first half. The drive started with one minute and 20 seconds remaining in the half, seemingly a time they’d call on the passer they have more faith in. Martinez was injured on a 20-yard scramble and didn’t play after that. Martinez is apparently healthy this week since he’s listed second on the depth chart.

Birmingham’s blowout victory potential and the threat of Martinez stealing some snaps are enough reasons to take “lower” for Corral’s prop for 197.5 passing yards.
Trey Quinn OVER 33.5 Receiving Yards
The Panthers won as roughly a touchdown underdog last week. However, the Stallions were back-to-back USFL champions and played like a well-oiled machine in Week 1. If the oddsmakers are correct and the Stallions keep rolling, the Panthers will face a negative game script this week.
The Panthers could find success through the air. Last week, Luis Perez completed 19 of 28 passes for 214 yards. Two of Arlington’s wideouts cleared 33.5 receiving yards, and tight end Sal Cannella also had 49 receiving yards.
The red flag for Trey Quinn’s receiving outlook was his route participation in Week 1. Quinn’s 13 routes were tied for the fifth-most on the Panthers last week, behind wideouts Marcus Simms (25), Jordan Suell (17) and Devin Ross (15).
However, Quinn’s three targets were the third-most on the team. He was also a favorite of E.J. Perry in Perry’s two starts for Michigan in 2023. Perry had 62 pass attempts in his two starts in 2023, directing 15 to Quinn, who turned his looks into nine receptions for 140 receiving yards. Quinn has had over 33.5 receiving yards in two of Perry’s three starts. He can clear the low bar of 33.5 receiving yards this week.

Cam’Ron Harris UNDER 45.5 Rushing Yards
The Defenders had a borderline unstoppable rushing attack in 2023, spearheaded by Abram Smith. Sadly, Smith tore his ACL before this season, leaving a sizable hole atop the depth chart. Cam’Ron Harris had the first crack at replacing Smith in Week 1. He handled eight of D.C.’s backfield’s nine rush attempts. Unfortunately, Harris ran for only 21 yards.
Pooka Williams was the only other running back listed on D.C.’s depth chart last week and had one rush for nine yards. UFL analyst James Larsen asked head coach Reggie Barlow about the team’s struggles running the ball in Week 1, and Barlow mentioned activating another running back this week.
Spoke with @XFLDefenders HC Reggie Barlow about some of their struggles at running back in week one, sorely missing Abram Smith.
Coach said they’re expecting RB Darius Hagans to suit up, who was inactive this past week. Hagans was with the Steelers this past NFL preseason. #UFL

True to Barlow’s words, Darius Hagans is on this week’s depth chart.

Harris’s leash might be short this week. Furthermore, the team might be entering the week with a plan to use all three running backs after Harris failed to seize the bell-cow role last week. Either way, Harris’s rushing outlook is cloudy at best, making taking “lower” for his rushing prop exciting.
