We are back in action with two games this Monday on the WNBA slate as we look to the playoffs down the road. It's been a winning season and with less than a month left in the regular season, let's keep it going strong. Of course, as a reminder, I recommend shopping around for the best props and keeping track of lineup news. Staying on top of news is a great way to stay ahead of the market, and shopping around will help with seasonal ROI. Anyway, let’s get to the best bets for today's two games.

Monday's Best WNBA Picks & Predictions
Last Time: 1-1 | Season: 21-11 | Odds courtesy ot BetMGM
Connecticut Sun at New York Liberty
After both teams played Saturday, the Connecticut Sun travel to New York to take on the Liberty. The Liberty are around a 12.5-point favorite with a 164.5 point total.
These are teams going in complete opposite directions right now. The Sun have won three-straight for the first time all season. Their most recent 94-84 win over Chicago was impressive with Tina Charles racking up another double-double and Bria Hartley and Marina Mabrey adding over 20 points each. Things are looking up for Connecticut, despite officially being out of playoff contention.
The Liberty on the other hand are in a death spiral. They've lost four of five and while the loss of Breanna Stewart was an obvious blow, Sabrina Ionescu is questionable for tonight's game as well after missing Saturday's loss to Atlanta with a foot injury. Even if she does play, New York will be limited and they've not looked like the same championship team from earlier this year.
It's obviously a small sample size but in their last five games, the Sun rank third in the league with New York all the way down at 10. Connecticut has been propelled by their top-ranked defensive efficiency over those five games while the Liberty have struggled to score, especially from deep.
You can call it fluky but it would be foolish to fade the huge momentum right now. Especially if Ionescu is ruled out, you'll want to get ahead of this number because I don't think it'll change much if she ends up playing. These numbers are not for the teams that are playing tonight but more so who they were a month ago. Take the dog.
Pick: Sun +12.5 (-110)
Las Vegas Aces at Chicago Sky
For the other game of the night we travel to the Windy City as the Las Vegas Aces take on the Chicago Sky. Las Vegas sits as an 11-point favorite with the total right at 165.5 points.
This might be a blood bath. The Aces are firing on all cylinders of late and I don't know if the stop sign that is the Sky can stop this freight train. Over their 10-game winning streak, the Aces own the clear best offense in the league with a 144.8 offensive rating, scoring 85+ points in five of their last eight games.
The Sky have been abysmal on defense and really just across the board. They may have Angel Reese back and their metrics do get significantly better with her, but this team can't keep up with the current form Aces. Las Vegas will force a plethora of turnovers that the Sky are prone to and capitalize on their transition offense. It is quite tempting to take the Over as Vegas should probably get over 90 without much issue, but I can't trust this Sky offense to keep up. I'm just taking the points and running with it.
Pick: Aces -10.5 (-115)
