Grayson Rodriguez Under 15.5 Outs Recorded (-113)

It’s not a homecoming which will get a lot of fanfare, but Rodriguez returns to Baltimore to face the team he broke into the Majors with in 2023. He actually went 13-4 with a 3.86 ERA across 20 starts in 2024 with the O’s before suffering a right latissimus injury which derailed his season. He missed the 2025 campaign due to right elbow inflammation, resurfacing with the Angels in 2026.

The season has been a disaster for Rodriguez in 2026, as he tries to work his way back in form. He is 3-3 with a 7.98 ERA and 1.75 WHIP across 10 starts, posting just 1.7 K/BB in 44 IP. He isn’t going deep into games, he isn’t fooling anybody, and he isn’t likely to turn it around in Baltimore, either, even if he might be a little more amped up than usual.

Logan Henderson Over 6.5 Strikeouts (-103)

In recent weeks, the Pittsburgh Pirates have surged into the No. 1 spot in the majors, but it’s not a category to be proud of. The Pirates are No. 1 in MLB with 1,076 strikeouts as a team across 114 games, which averages out to 9.44 per game. That has to have Henderson, and the rest of the Brewers pitchers, licking their collective chops.

Henderson heads into Tuesday’s start 5-1 with a 2.66 ERA and 0.91 WHIP, racking up 54 K across just 44 IP. That includes 16 strikeouts in just 10.2 IP across the past two starts. Look for Henderson to chalk up plenty of punchouts on Tuesday.

Tarik Skubal Under 7.5 Strikeouts (-118)

The Los Angeles Dodgers made, perhaps, the biggest splash at the MLB non-waiver trade deadline, landing LHP Tarik Skubal from the Detroit Tigers. He’ll work against the Cubs at Wrigley Field on Tuesday night on TBS, and the lights will be bright for his team debut.

Skubal is a tremendous pitcher, and he’ll be facing a team which has struck out 973 times across 113 games, ranking ninth in the majors in the category. It’s a favorable spot for Skubal, but the nerves should be high, and the lean it Under for his total before he gets more comfortable to his new surroudings.

Lars Nootbaar 2+ Hits+Runs+RBIs (-106)

We’re targeting another trade deadline acquisition for the prop plays, and it might be a deal which flew a little under the radar. Nootbaar goes to the desert to join the Diamondbacks from the Cardinals, and he’ll face RHP Randy Vasquez and the San Diego Padres on Tuesday night in Phoenix.

Nootbaar was struggling with the Cardinals, hitting just .234 with three homers and 16 RBI across 158 at-bats. He was expendable in The Lou, but he should have a much larger role in Arizona as the team pushes for a postseason spot. Look for Nootbaar to get off on the right foot with his new organization on Tuesday.
