On Friday, Shohei Ohtani rang up 11 batters, but both hitters we expected to do some damage went hitless. Tonight, there are 11 MLB games, beginning with the Colorado Rockies and Cleveland Guardians at 6:10 PM.

Monday’s Best PrizePicks Player Predictions
Here are the best PrizePicks plays for Monday, April 24th's MLB action.
This Season: 16-13
Quantrill only has 13 strikeouts in four starts this season, and he has yet to throw five strikeouts in a game this season. So, why go with the Over? Because of the lineup he is facing and his previous success against it.

This Season: 16-13
Quantrill only has 13 strikeouts in four starts this season, and he has yet to throw five strikeouts in a game this season. So, why go with the Over? Because of the lineup he is facing and his previous success against it.
In 48 at-bats, Quantrill has struck out the current Rockies' lineup 14 times. That means he is striking out these batters just under 30 percent of the time. He has pitched at least 6.0 innings in each of his last two starts. If he pitches that length tonight, then look for him to go for as many as six or seven strikeouts.
Bobby Witt Jr. Under 1.5 Total Bases
Witt Jr. is on a five-game hitting streak heading into tonight's game against the Arizona Diamondbacks. While he only has one hit in each of those five games, two of them were home runs, and a third hit was a triple.
But tonight, he will be up against Tommy Henry, a left-hander that he has never faced before. Beyond Henry, Witt Jr.'s sample size against the Diamondbacks' staff is very small. He's just 4-12 all-time against them. He hasn't become one of those players yet that should be seriously considered when his total bases are north of the usual 0.5. Especially not when going against unfamiliar pitching.
Cordero is in a very rough slump right now. He hasn't gotten a hit since Friday, April 14, and he was benched on Sunday after a 1-18 stretch that dated back to April 13th.
It is not confirmed that Cordero is in the starting lineup, but if he is, then he will be on a short leash tonight, as the Yankees cannot afford to have him wasting at-bats for them against Sonny Gray. If he doesn't start, then we could see him pinch-hit, which will make this play live and create a situation where we just need him to go 0-1 to cash.
