With just one of the 10 games on the Major League Baseball slate between division rivals, there are plenty of unique matchups to scour for today’s MLB same-game parlays (SGPs).
I focus on two Interleague games, looking to build momentum by only needing one of my SGPs to cash to turn in a profitable day. Let’s dive into the two best MLB SGPs for Monday, June 15th.

Kansas City Royals vs. Washington Nationals
- Leg 1: Nationals Moneyline (-143)
- Leg 2: Salvador Perez Under 0.5 Hits (+169)
- Leg 3: James Wood Over 0.5 RBI (+168)
Washington's unexpected 37-35 start is owed largely to a powerful offense that is tied for first in the Majors in runs scored, fourth in slugging rate and fourth in xwOBA.
That offense was on full display in the team's last two wins while taking a series against American League contender Seattle. The Nationals scored 18 combined runs against one of the league's top pitching staffs, while going 9-for-24 with runners in scoring position.
Conversely, Kansas City's offense often fails to produce in the clutch. With runners in scoring position, Kansas City's 86 wRC+ ranks 28th.
Salvador Perez is on pace for the first negative WAR rating of his career (-0.8). That is because each of his slash line categories are by far the worst of his career:
- .202 batting average
- .252 on-base percentage (OBP)
- .336 slugging rate
Perez’s 64 OPS+ is nowhere near his previous career-low of 88, and he has gone 10 consecutive games without an extra-base hit.

— MLB (@MLB) June 14, 2026
James Wood hit his 20th home run of the season yesterday. He is now the only player with at least 20 home runs and 10 stolen bases. Wood also made Nationals history as the only player to record 20 homers, 15 doubles and 10 stolen bases in the first 72 games of a season.
Wood does damage in all parts of the field. He is one of three players with a batting average on balls in play (BABP) over .400, hit straightaway and to the opposite field (Brandon Marsh and Oneil Cruz are the others).

Los Angeles Angels vs. Arizona Diamondbacks
- Leg 1: Angels Moneyline (+109)
- Leg 2: YRFI (-125)
- Leg 3: Ketel Marte Over 0.5 Runs (-143)
Ryne Nelson allowed seven runs in his last start, his third time this season he has allowed at least that many. His ERA over his last 10 starts is now a troubling 5.79, and he has a worse ERA and opponents’ batting average at home than on the road.
The Angels led the majors in BABIP by a wide margin over the last week, entering Sunday, as their .378 BABIP was 32 points better than the next best team.
I'm putting much more stock in Los Angeles to score in the first inning. Walbert Urena has allowed just one earned run in the first inning over 10 starts. But Ketel Marte and Corbin Carroll's combination of speed and power makes the Diamondbacks a dangerous threat early.
Arizona has cashed the yes runs first inning (YRFI) in 20 of its 35 home games. And even though I am backing the road underdogs, Marte is a great value to cross the plate at least once after failing to do so in eight out of 12 games in June.
