With two playoff matchups on the horizon tonight, I’ve added multiple PrizePicks player predictions you’ll want to consider.
Like every NBA PrizePicks article, we’ll give out four different player predictions you can use for a four-leg Power Play entry. A two-leg Power Play entry will give you implied odds of -137 for each prediction. A three-leg Power Play entry will give you implied odds of -141. A four-leg NBA PrizePicks Power Play entry will give you implied odds of -128 for each prediction.
Getting -128 on the same prediction is better than -137 or -141. Here are our top NBA PrizePicks player predictions for tonight’s action.
Remember that a Flex play can still win if one pick misses, but you’d get lower payouts.

Although Al Horford has averaged more than 30 minutes per game over the last 10 games, he’s still added at least eight points in only four of those games. In addition, he’s hit at least eight points in just one of his last five games and has earned eight or more points in just 40% of his previous 15 games against the Knicks.
Ultimately, the Knicks rank third in the NBA in points allowed to centers. They’ve also limited centers to the second-lowest field goals attempted per game this season. It’s also rare for centers to get to the foul line against the Knicks.
Horford has scored no more than seven points in each of the first two games of this series. It’ll likely be three straight after tonight.
Jimmy Butler has recorded at least 23 points in just one of his last five games. In fact, in his last four games against the Timberwolves, he’s averaged just 17 points and never scored 23+ points in any of those four games.
Butler has shot well below 50% from the field in this series. It makes sense, especially since the Timberwolves have limited small forwards to 20.5 points per game this season.
In addition, Butler has scored no more than 20 points in three consecutive games, including both matchups against Minnesota. While Steph Curry is injured and out, Butler hasn’t taken over offensively like some would’ve expected. Ultimately, the Timberwolves have something to do with that.
Brandin Podziemski has recorded at least 13 points in two of his last 10 games. Ultimately, he’s scored no more than 11 points in any of those games. Podziemski broke out on April 28th against Houston, scoring 26 points. But he’s also had games where he’s been benched for most of the second half due to a lack of production.
Over the last 10 games, Podziemski has shot 31.3% from the field. He’s also hit just 27.2% from the three-point line. He’s already struggling but is now facing a Minnesota defense that ranks fifth in the NBA in points allowed to shooting guards this season. The Timberwolves have the seventh-lowest field goal percentage allowed to shooting guards this season.
With the way Podziemski is shooting, I don’t trust him one bit tonight.
Anthony Edwards is a star. But even he’s struggled to get going against the Golden State Warriors. Edwards has scored no more than 23 points in either game so far. He’s also added at least 27 points in just four of his last 10 games.
Meanwhile, Edwards injured his ankle in Game 2. It looked gruesome, but he came back into the game and was fine. Either way, that ankle injury won’t help him down the line. It also might hurt a bit more than it did in Game 2.
That said, Edwards has shot below 45% from the field over the last 10 games. He also hasn’t shot better than 46% against the Warriors in the playoffs. Against the Lakers, Edwards took many threes. However, against the Warriors, he’s taken no more than five threes in any game. He was averaging more than 10 before the playoff series began.
Take his less than.
