Without LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier figures to be a high-volume scorer for the Hornets. He’s always been that. However, now Rozier will be even more consistent with his volume.
Rozier took 25 shots against the Brooklyn Nets on Thursday. He added 37 points in 40 minutes and nailed 7-for-9 from three. This is kind of what we can expect from Rozier moving forward.
He’s hit this line in 75% of games and has nailed at least 21 points in seven of his last ten games. Without Ball, Rozier’s the guy. Grab the 20.5 line while it’s still there.
Malik Beasley Over 11.5 Points
Malik Beasley has seen at least 36 minutes in each of his last three games. In those three games, he’s added at least 14 points in every game while attempting 34 threes. That’s an average of about 11 threes per night!
Beasley has nailed this line in six of his last ten games and is now starting to become a stronger asset for the Bucks. As long as the volume from three-point land continues, I love Beasley to hit at least 12 points tonight.
Mike Conley Under 13 Points
I know the Timberwolves are playing the Hornets. But Mike Conley has only hit at least 14 points in 22% of games this season. He’s currently fifth on the Timberwolves in scoring, adding just 10.2 points per game.
Conley has also shot just 44.4% from the field and attempted only six shots against the Utah Jazz last time out. With their injuries, the Jazz are just as bad as the Hornets defensively.
Give me Conley’s Under here. I don’t care if Anthony Edwards isn’t playing.
Karl-Anthony Towns Over 28.5 Points
I’ll do the same with Karl-Anthony Towns.
Again, it’s likely Anthony Edwards will miss this game. That’s why Minnesota has some boosted-up lines. But Towns has had multiple games where he’s just nowhere to be found. He’s not consistent enough for anyone to rely on Towns to score at least 29 points.
He’s averaged just 21.8 points per game this season and has had no more than 18 points in two of his last three.
I’ll gladly take these Unders with the Timberwolves, with Edwards unlikely to play.
