The Dallas Cowboys are stealing the headlines for tonight’s Sunday Night Football game. And it’s not for a good reason.
The Cowboys are already down CeeDee Lamb tonight. He’s going to miss multiple weeks with an ankle injury. But more importantly, the Cowboys traded away Micah Parsons to the Green Bay Packers and are already welcoming him back home for tonight’s game. There could even be a tribute video for Parsons, even though he asked for a trade.
Dallas is heading into this game with a 1-2 record, and they’re without a superstar wide receiver after a 31-14 loss to the Bears. But that loss might not have been nearly as embarrassing as Green Bay’s lackluster performance against the Cleveland Browns.
Ultimately, one team will get back in the win column. Who will it be?

Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys (Game Pick)
Jordan Love hasn’t precisely been elite this season. The Green Bay quarterback was expected to take a step up this season, especially with a new toy at wide receiver. But he’s thrown for only 663 yards in three games.
For comparison, Dallas’ Dak Prescott has thrown for 800 yards and has way more passing attempts. In addition, Javonte Williams of Dallas has rushed for 227 yards on 43 carries, while Josh Jacobs has earned 180 yards on 58 carries.
To continue the argument, it’s pretty interesting to note that Tucker Kraft is currently leading in receiving yards for the Packers. What happened to the wideouts in Green Bay?
Clearly, Dallas doesn’t have the best secondary, but if the pass rush can keep Love off balance, it’s very possible that Dallas can cause enough disruption to make some plays.
On offense, you can expect the Cowboys to dictate the tempo. They’ll likely try to get Williams involved a lot to hopefully control the clock and the overall game.
Therefore, I’ll take the Cowboys at +6.5.
Pick: Cowboys +6.5 (+100)
Green Bay Packers vs. Dallas Cowboys (Player Prop)
Javonte Williams has earned at least 54 rushing yards in three consecutive games since winning the starting job. Williams has played at least 59% of the snaps in all three games, and has played at least 72% of the snaps in two of the first three games. He’s also earned double-digit carries in all three games, including last week’s game, where the Cowboys were down by multiple touchdowns.
Ultimately, Williams has at least a 22-yard gain in two consecutive games. He’s also added an 11+ yard rush in every game this year for Dallas.
Williams has earned 94 yards after contact over the last two games and has added nearly six yards per attempt in the previous two games. Look for Dallas to feed Williams tonight.
Take Williams to record at least 51 rushing yards.
Pick: Javonte Williams Over 50.5 Rushing Yards (-114)
