Eagles vs. Giants
This could be an all-time game of which team tries to lose it more than the other.
The Giants have struggled to convert drives all season, while the Eagles continue to make bone-headed decisions that have already cost them a game or two. Philadelphia has been held to no more than 21 points in four consecutive games, and the Giants mustered up just seven against the Bengals on Sunday Night Football.
New York scored only 18 against Washington and 15 against Dallas. They’ve struggled to score against conference opponents, and the scoring output against the Eagles will likely be no different.
Then again, we can’t discredit the Giants’ defense. New York has been dominant with its pass rush and just held Joe Burrow and the Bengals to only 17 points. New York had a couple of breakdowns on run plays but overall looked sensational defensively.
I don’t care if DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown are healthy. If we’re being honest, Jalen Hurts has not played up to par this year. It’s why the Eagles fans are holding their breaths late in the game against the Browns. Even the Giants outplayed the Browns. Yet, the Eagles couldn’t put them away until the end of the game last week.
That said, the Giants are playing well enough to keep their inept offense in the game. Give me the Under in this game as well.
