Best NHL Plus Money Player Prop Bets

POTD: Filip Forsberg 2+ Points (+176 FanDuel)

The NHL is heading into its All-Star Break, so we have tiny slates for the first three days this week. We only have one game today, with the Predators visiting the Senators.

This matchup heavily favors Nashville because Mads Søgaard is in net for Ottawa, and he has been bad in his only three appearances this season. The 23-year-old has a save percentage of .841 and a GAA of 4.55. This is a little worse than he was last year, but not enough to worry about regression coming tonight.

Filip Forsberg has been a machine this season, including 15 multi-point games. Thirty-one of his 50 points have also come on the road. While I am tempted to throw a half unit on his 2+ goals, I figure I should wait a bit before throwing that out again. I wouldn’t have any hesitation betting on his anytime goal (+115), but getting higher plus money at two points is a better play.
