The WNBA will be going on a short break for the All-Star Game following today's massive six-game slate, which makes it another fabulous day for betting on WNBA same game parlays (SGPs). There aren't non-fabulous days, of course. Here are my top two WNBA SGPs for Wednesday, July 22nd.

Wednesday’s Best WNBA Same Game Parlays
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Minnesota Lynx vs. Seattle Storm
Leg #1: Seattle +10.5 (-112)
Minnesota is the better team, and the Lynx will win this game. But while they've been clicking on the offensive end and averaging close to 100 points per game over their last five, they've been slacking on defense. Consequently, Minnesota has failed to cover in nine of its last 11 games.
Leg #2: Olivia Miles Over 17.5 Points (-117)
Olivia Miles has finished over this total in 14 out of 25 games this season and in seven of her last nine games. With Napheesa Collier listed as probable heading into this game, there is a chance anyone and everyone on the roster could see fewer shot opportunities.
But Miles is probably the last player the Lynx will take shots from. She'll get her shots and score some points like she usually does.
Leg #3: First-Half Over 91.5 Points (-110)
We have a Minnesota team that's been averaging just fewer than 100 points per game over the last five and a Seattle team scoring 90+ points per game. Minnesota has been playing decent defense and could slow Seattle down some. The Lynx can make up the difference scoring on the Storm's dreadful defense.
Parlay Odds: +429 - A $100 wager will result in a $529 payday; your stake plus $429 in winnings.
Chicago Sky vs. New York Liberty
Leg #1: Chicago +8.5 (-108)
New York was the betting favorite in four of their last five games and went 0-5 against the spread (ATS). They're 3-13 ATS in their last 13 games. There are several issues this can be attributed to, but the bottom line is pretty simple - their defense is horrid. In the last five games, they allowed 95.4 points per game (13th).
Chicago has plenty of issues of their own, but they have been scoring some points lately - 92 per game over the last five. I don't have enough confidence in them to win this one outright, but New York will not cover this spread.
Leg #2: Sydney Taylor Over 16.5 Points (+100)
Sydney Taylor has quietly become a solid scoring threat for the Sky. Her season average is just 13.5 points per game, but she has led the team over the last five games with 17.2 points per game. She has gone over this total in her last four games. As long as she gets 25+ minutes tonight, Taylor will make it five in a row.
Leg #3: Sydney Taylor Over 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (+148)
In their last five games, the Liberty have seen seven players record three or more three-pointers. Taylor has made at least two in five of her last six games and at least three in three of her last six, including the last two. If anyone on the Sky is going to go over on their made three-pointers total, Taylor is the best candidate.
Parlay Odds: +298 - A $100 wager will result in a $398 payday; your stake plus $298 in winnings.
