Friday’s Best MLB Home Run Props & Picks

    (Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

    Pete Crow-Armstrong (+330

Over the last month, Pete Crow-Armstrong has hit a .446 ISO and a wOBA of .550 against his last 88 right-handed pitchers. During that time, he’s added 46.2% fly balls and 69.2% hard contact, with an 11.5% barrel rate against righties.

Tonight, he’ll battle Hunter Greene of the Reds, who made his season debut last week. Greene gave up a .455 ISO and a wOBA of .598 to his first 14 lefties faced this season. He also allowed a 16.7% barrel percentage and gave up over 33% of fly balls.

It might take some time for Greene to get back to being an ace. Let’s ride with PCA to hit a dinger.

    Dominic Canzone (+310

Nick Martinez might become an All-Star pitcher. However, the right-hander has struggled against lefties over the last 30 days with the Rays. Martinez has allowed a .340 ISO and a wOBA of .356 to his last 52 lefties, while allowing a 13.5% barrel percentage and over 43% of fly balls.

That’s enticing for Dominic Canzone of the Mariners. The left-hander has posted a .259 ISO and a .320 wOBA against his last 64 righties. Additionally, he’s hit 31.8% of fly balls and over 47% of hard contact against righties over the last 30 days. Canzone is also coming off a homer in yesterday’s contest.

Let’s take a chance with the Seattle No. 3 hitter to hit a long ball.

    Josh Lowe (+520

Over the last month, Josh Lowe has slugged a .276 ISO and a wOBA of .427 against right-handed pitchers. Lowe has hit 45.5% of fly balls, 63.6% of hard contact, and a 13.6% barrel percentage against righties during that time.

He’ll battle Zebby Matthews of the Minnesota Twins, who has watched his last 68 lefties hit a .246 ISO and a .366 wOBA. Matthews has added just 17.6% of strikeouts against lefties and has allowed an 18% barrel percentage from lefties. He’s also given up 66% of hard contact and 36% of fly balls.

There’s reason to believe in Lowe tonight!
