Devin Booker 4+ Three-Pointers Made (+135)
Devin Booker has made at least four three-pointers in back-to-back games, after going 4-for-9 from deep in Sunday's win over the Charlotte Hornets. While those two solid performances only bring his season average to 2.6, he should continue to have success against the easiest three-point shooting matchup in the NBA.
The Hawks are still the only team in the NBA allowing more than 15 three-pointers per game. And while Booker was 0-for-8 against them last Thursday, that performance had more to do with Booker than the defense he was facing. That game was the final one in a six-game stretch where Booker made two or fewer three-pointers. Now that he's shot over 40% in back-to-back games, I expect him to take full advantage of a team allowing opponents to hit 38.4% of their shots from beyond the arc.
CJ McCollum 25+ Points (+235)
CJ McCollum only scored 13 points in his last game, which is likely why we're getting this prop for such a favorable price. His standard total is set at 19.5 tonight, which is pretty incredible considering McCollum is averaging 22.4 points per game and the Bulls are allowing the second-most points in the league.
McCollum's performance on Sunday came against the Boston Celtics, the sixth-best defensive team in the NBA. It's not surprising to see him struggle in such a matchup, so I'm more focused on the fact he put up 38 points two games ago.
McCollum is averaging 25.1 points per game in January, and he has hit 25 points three times. In the season-opener against the Bulls, he scored 23 points, but that was the first game of the season. Now that he's in the rhythm of the season, I expect him to improve upon that already solid total.
Michael Porter Jr. Over 5.5 Rebounds (-110)
In three games against the Mavericks, Michael Porter Jr. has only topped this number once. In the most recent meeting, he grabbed just four rebounds in 25 minutes. However, Porter is still averaging 6.6 rebounds per game, and he did manage seven rebounds against the Mavericks earlier this season. Additionally, he's gone over this number in four of his last five games.
The Mavericks have been playing Porter well this season, but they struggle at preventing opponents from pulling down rebounds. They're allowing 53.1 per game, which ranks 22nd in the league. To get this number at a fair price, when the matchup is favorable, despite Porter's past performances, is too good to pass up.
