Monday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlays
Here are our top two NBA same game parlay picks for tonight’s slate of playoff action. Each parlay has odds of +400 or higher.

Indiana Pacers @ New York Knicks
- Leg 1: Isaiah Hartenstein Over 8.5 Rebounds (-136)
- Leg 2: Pascal Siakam Over 7.5 Rebounds (+100)
- Leg 3: Miles McBride Under 9.5 Points (-118)
Isaiah Hartenstein has added 6.5 rebounds per game in the playoffs this season. However, he just hauled in nine rebounds in Game 6 and should have way more opportunities against the Pacers. Indiana isn’t aggressive on the offensive glass and usually allows plenty of offensive rebounds on the other end.
Meanwhile, Miles McBride has scored 10.3 points per game for the Knicks to begin the playoffs. However, he’s shot 48.1% from the field and 43.3% from deep in the playoffs. While Indiana’s defense is suspect at times, you’d have to figure the deeper the Knicks get into the playoffs, the smaller the rotation will get. For example, McBride played just nine minutes in Game 6 against the 76ers. We’ll back his Under.
Although the Knicks should win the glass easily, the Pacers will still bring down some rebounds. Pascal Siakam averaged 8.8 rebounds against the Bucks and only needs eight against the Knicks tonight to hit the over. Siakam had four games against Milwaukee with at least nine rebounds, so that’s about where he’ll finish tonight’s game.

Minnesota Timberwolves @ Denver Nuggets
- Leg 1: Jamal Murray Under 6.5 Assists (-122)
- Leg 2: Mike Conley Over 5.5 Assists (-125)
- Leg 3: Rudy Gobert Under 12.5 Points (-122)
The Nuggets struggled to find consistency on the offensive end against the Timberwolves in Game 1. Jamal Murray only added four assists and shot 6-for-14 from the field in 34 minutes. Denver still added 99 points, but Murray wasn’t the main contributor. I’d expect that to stay the same in Game 2 of this series.
Meanwhile, Mike Conley literally outplayed Jamal Murray in every area in Game 1. Despite scoring just 106 points, Conley added 10 assists in 31 minutes. Although Conley also turned the ball over four times, he still managed a better than 2:1 ratio with assists. Conley also contributed 6.3 assists per game in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.
Finally, we’ll ride Rudy Gobert to go under his total points. Gobert only made three shots on six attempts in 35 minutes against the Nuggets in Game 1. He added 13 rebounds but only six points after not visiting the foul line once in the game.
Gobert averaged 15 points for the Timberwolves in the first round, but he ultimately did that by getting to the foul line at a high rate. If the Nuggets can refrain from fouling Gobert around the rim, they can prevent him from scoring at a high rate. He won’t have enough shot attempts. It all comes down to his foul shots.
Plus, against Denver, he shot just 54.5% from the foul line in three games during the regular season. While he’s had success from the foul line in the postseason so far, he’s not nearly that good from the line.
