Houston Rockets vs. Orlando Magic
- Leg 1: Paolo Banchero Under 21.5 Points (-128)
- Leg 2: Amen Thompson Over 6.5 Rebounds (-106)
- Leg 3: Desmond Bane Under 3.5 Assists (-114)
Paolo Banchero just scored 36 points against the Lakers last time out. However, he’s hit at least 22 points in just three of his last 10 games. In fact, he’s scored fewer than 20 points in five of his last 10 games. Tonight, he’ll battle a Rockets team ranked first in the NBA in points allowed to power forwards. Plus, Banchero has only shot 42.3% from the field over his last 10 games, while taking more than 17 shots per game. He’s been far from efficient and will likely struggle to find consistent success against the Rockets.
Amen Thompson has earned at least seven rebounds in six of his last 10 games. He’s also added at least seven rebounds in nearly 70% of games this season. Thompson has earned 11.3 rebound chances per game over the last 10 games and faces a Magic team ranked 28th in total rebounds allowed to small forwards this season. The opportunities will be there.
Consider Desmond Bane to hit the under on his assists prop. He has added at least four assists in just four of his last 10 games and has hit this line in just 45% of his last 20 games. Bane has averaged 7.3 potential assists per game over the last 10 games, but will take on a Rockets team ranked first in assists allowed to shooting guards this season.
Parlay Odds: +480
Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Los Angeles Clippers
- Leg 1: Julius Randle Under 18.5 Points (-114)
- Leg 2: Kris Dunn Over 3.5 Rebounds (-158)
- Leg 3: Ayo Dosunmu Under 2.5 Rebounds (-104)
Julius Randle has scored no more than 18 points in three straight games. Shockingly, his usage dropped to 17.9% against Portland last time out. It’s the lowest his usage rate has been in over 10 games. Meanwhile, the Clippers rank second in the NBA in field-goal attempts and field goals made by power forwards. Don’t expect a lot of volume out of Julius Randle tonight.
Kris Dunn has hauled in at least five rebounds in three consecutive games. He’s also had at least eight rebound chances in four straight games and at least 10 rebound chances in three of his last six games. Dunn will battle a Timberwolves team ranked dead last in defensive rebounds and 29th in total rebounds allowed to point guards this year.
Ayo Dosunmu has hauled in at least three rebounds in just one of his last six games. The rebound chances are there; he’s just not executing on the glass when given the opportunity. That said, his opportunities will likely be limited tonight when he faces the Clippers, who rank first in the NBA in total rebounds allowed to shooting guards this season.
Parlay Odds: +477
