The NFL is traveling to London for a Week 4 matchup between the Colts and the Commanders. Marcus Mariota will once again be under center for the Commanders, after he helped lead his team to a 33-31 victory over the Seahawks last week. Below, I explain why he and the Commanders' offense should score plenty against the Colts. However, the Commanders won't be the only team putting a lot of points on the board in this game.
Here is the best NFL same-game parlay for the matchup between the Colts and Commanders.

(Odds provided by DraftKings Sportsbook)
Indianapolis Colts vs. Washington Commanders
- Leg #1: Daniel Jones 230+ Passing Yards (-102)
- Leg #2: Jacory Croskey-Merritt 60+ Rushing Yards (-114)
- Leg #3: Over 51.5 Total Points (+145)
The Commanders' pass defense has been terrible to start the season. The team ranks 31st in yards allowed per game, giving up 280.3, and 28th in yards allowed per attempt, allowing 8.6.
While Daniel Jones and the Colts have the seventh-fewest passing yards per game, it's not due to throwing the ball less than other teams. The Colts are tied for the 15th-most pass attempts this season. And while Jones has just 611 yards this season, he threw for 235 last week against the Texans. In this matchup, I fully expect him to at least reach that number again.
While the Commanders are bad against the pass, the Colts have been bad against everything this season. They rank 32nd in total defense, 30th in pass defense, and 29th in rush defense. Allowing 141.3 rushing yards per game is what really stands out to me.
Commanders' running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt is averaging just 3.0 yards per carry this season. However, he averaged at least 3.6 yards per carry in his first two games, and he topped 60 yards against the Eagles in Week 1. With Rachaad White officially ruled out for this game, that should mean a bigger workload in a great matchup for Croskey-Merritt.
Considering the first two legs of my parlay highlight how bad these defenses are, it shouldn't come as a surprise that I'm backing the Over. Entering this game, these defenses rank 30th and 31st in points allowed per game. The Colts are allowing 30.3 per contest while the Commanders are allowing 30.7.
Though I don't expect Mariota to perform as well as he did last week, he showed he's more than capable of exploiting a defense that allows 276.0 passing yards per game. And even if the Commanders' defense somehow slows down Jones, Jonathan Taylor already has four rushing touchdowns this season.
Parlay Odds: +515
