Sunday's Best WNBA Player Props
(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)
Breanna Stewart Over 26.5 Points + Assists (-102)
Breanna Stewart averaged 20.8 points and 3.3 assists during the regular season. But she has turned her game up a notch since the late break, going over this total in four of the last five games. Against Atlanta in the regular season, the over went 1-1.
Atlanta has played solid defense in the playoffs, but I'm not betting against a veteran like Stewart in the postseason.
Angel Reese Under 27.5 Points + Assists (-102)
Angel Reese has averaged 16.4 points and 12.1 rebounds per game this season. She went over this total in 10 of her last 13 regular-season games (3-1 since the break). But she went under it in both first-round games against Washington. The over was 2-1 versus New York in the regular season. In the postseason, other players have led the Dream in scoring (Allisha Gray and Rhyne Howard).
That likely won’t change today, so Reese will finish under this total again.
Jackie Young Over 24.5 Points + Assists (-118)
When we think of the Aces, the first player that comes to mind is always A'ja Wilson. That will undoubtedly be true for the Valkyries today, giving Jackie Young more opportunities to contribute. She went over this total in all three postseason games against the Indiana Fever and in eight of her last 10 regular-season games.
Young went over this mark in all three regular season games against Golden State. With the Aces playing so well, she'll do it again today.
A'ja Wilson Over 24.5 Points (-128)
A’ja Wilson is the best player in the WNBA. She averaged over 26 points per game in the regular season. But as she has done in the past, she has taken her game to another level in the postseason. Against the Fever in round one, she averaged 32 points per game. Now, she'll be facing the league's No. 1 defense in Golden State, but she scored 28, 28 and 19 points against them during the regular season.
However, the Valkyries have not been playing as well in the playoffs, allowing Dallas to score 87 points per game in the first round.
