Best NFL Week 4 Lookahead Bets

New York Jets vs. Chicago Bears
The New York Jets have proven that they’ll be competitive this year. Sure, their Week 2 collapse against the Packers wasn’t ideal. But New York’s defense looks fairly comfortable, and the offense still has many pieces that can contribute.
I won’t guarantee a Jets win against the Lions in Week 3. But there’s truly a way the Jets can pull off the upset against the Lions. Detroit’s secondary has looked abysmal to begin the season. The Lions have allowed 71 points in their first two games.
The Jets have given up just 30 points and lead the league in yards allowed per game. Detroit looks to be declining. There’s a real reason to think New York can beat the Lions.
On the other hand, the Bears could potentially start Case Keenum on Monday Night Football against the Philadelphia Eagles. We don’t know when Caleb Williams will return, and Tyson Bagent is concussed, leaving the Bears with their third-string quarterback.
The Bears are in jeopardy of losing that game and would have one less day to prepare for the upcoming game against the Jets. Yet, the Bears are -3.5-point favorites at home. I’ll gladly take Jets +3.5 with all the uncertainty surrounding the Bears.

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Las Vegas Raiders
The Las Vegas Raiders have started the season 2-0 with wins against the Dolphins and Chargers. It’s impressive, but likely unsustainable. The Raiders have the Saints on the road in Week 3 and are currently 3-point underdogs. Tyler Shough has become an intriguing quarterback and a potential franchise player for the Saints. Las Vegas could be staring at their first loss of the season.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs are facing the Miami Dolphins on the road. Miami is likely the worst team in the NFL. Kansas City should have no problems earning a double-digit win against them.
If both scenarios happen, we would likely see the spread move to at least Chiefs -7 on the road. It’s currently Chiefs -6. Let’s lock in this lookahead line now.
