Wednesday’s Best WNBA Same Game Parlays

(Odds Courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Atlanta Dream vs. Dallas Wings

Leg 1: Over 181.5 Total Points (-108)

In the last five games, Dallas averaged 98.6 points per game, while Atlanta averaged 97.2. The Wings allowed 92.8 points per game in that stretch, but the Dream allowed 91. In theory, either could win, making it hard to rationalize betting on the moneyline or spread. However, the Over was 4-1 for both in the last five. These teams are looking to outscore the other to make up for lax defense.

Take the Over for what will likely be a high-scoring game.

Leg 2: Arike Ogunbowale 15+ Points (+108)

Ogunbowale easily went over her total (13.5 points) in her last five games, which is probably why the price is -125. But she also went over 15 in those games. With the Dream playing lackluster defense, I doubt ATL will slow her down too much (if at all) tonight.

Leg 3: Azzi Fudd Over 2.5 Made Threes (+148)

I'm a little surprised this prop has such bettor-friendly odds. The first rookie to win the 3-point contest was on a roll before the All-Star Break, hitting three 3-pointers in her last five games. Atlanta's perimeter defense has been mediocre, so I doubt the Dream will stop her.

SGP Odds: +562 – A $100 wager will result in a $662 payday, your stake plus $552 in winnings.

Golden State Valkyries vs. Phoenix Mercury

Leg 1: Valkyries -4.5 (-114)

Golden State has been playing lockdown defense all season, holding teams (on average) to 76.4 points per game; 74.6 ppg allowed over the last five. Phoenix has one of the worst offenses in the league (79.8 ppg over the last five). The Mercury scored 79 and 81 points in the earlier meetings this season. The Valkyries scored 95 and 87 points in those games and should do just as well today against a struggling Phoenix defense.

Leg 2: Alyssa Thomas Over 13.5 Points (-108)

Thomas scored 19 and 22 against Golden State in two early-season matchups and has averaged 14.4 points per game this season. She went over this total in four of her last six games and in 14 of 26 games this season. The expectation here is pretty low and a target she should hit since Golden State will probably be keying on Kahleah Copper. Take the Over.

Leg 3: Monique Akoa Makani Over 9.5 Points (-104)

It is risky going with the over on point totals against a defensive team like the Valkyries. But Akoa Martin has been 10.2 points per game this season, has gone over this total in five of her last six games, and has averaged 11.5 over her last six games despite putting up a goose egg in one game. In one game vs. Golden State, she scored 19. I wouldn't count on her to do it again, but she'll go over this total.

SGP Odds: +771 – A $100 wager will result in an $871 payday, your stake plus $771 in winnings.
