There are a few marquee games in the latest top 25 during Saturday’s upcoming Week 6 college football slate. It starts with a pair of undefeated Big Ten teams going head-to-head in Lincoln when Nebraska hosts No. 7 Indiana.
I like the betting value on the board this week. Games I’m circling for our latest parlay builds include No. 1 Texas hosts Oklahoma in the Red River Rivalry, No. 21 UCLA taking on No. 13 Oregon, and a prime-time thriller between No. 2 Georgia vs. No. 6 Alabama. No. 10 LSU vs. Kentucky is also flying under the radar, while Penn State seeks its first Big Ten win hosting No. 19 USC under the lights.
My Best College Football Parlays & Picks: Week 5 (2026) settled 0-3. 3 of 6 picks were winners, I just didn’t have them parlayed correctly. Kentucky’s moneyline (+130) cashed against South Carolina, Tennessee beat Auburn 24-14, and Over 46.5 was sweat-free between Notre Dame and UNC.
Let’s build some winning parlays in Week 6. I’ve got three of my best college football parlays and picks, each worth 1 unit, to tail leading up to Saturday’s opening kickoffs.

College Football Parlays for Week 6
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Nebraska +7.5/Missouri Moneyline (+193)
Big Noon Kickoff delivers a big-time matchup between Indiana and Nebraska in Week 6. Both undefeated teams have plenty of talent on either side of the line of scrimmage, starring quarterbacks Josh Hoover and Anthony Colandrea.
While I give the coaching edge to Curt Cignetti, who just led the Hoosiers to a National Championship win last season, Matt Rhule has drastically upgraded his roster in 2026. The Cornhuskers may have played an easy schedule thus far, but they are getting a full touchdown as a home underdog.
Nebraska has a 5.8 YPC average on offense, while throwing for 5 touchdowns in Big Ten play. The Cornhuskers also have a +4 turnover margin in conference play, limiting Michigan State and Maryland to 3 total touchdowns.
Let’s build the first leg of this parlay with Nebraska +7.5 as a home underdog against Indiana.
I thought Florida would keep rolling last week but Missouri rose to the occassion, shutting down the Gators’ elite rushing attack. Texas A&M’s offense also runs through the ground game, where the Tigers have been stout this season.
Missouri has only surrendered 2 rushing touchdowns. QB Austin Simmons has thrown for 1,287 yards, 13 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions.
Let’s back No. 14 Missouri at home as a -175 moneyline favorite, boosting this first parlay to +193 odds.

UCLA +11.5/Kentucky +8.5 (+267)
The undefeated UCLA Bruins under first-year head coach Bob Chesney head into Eugene to take on the No. 13 Oregon Ducks. UCLA has revived QB Nico Iamaleava’s career, mostly by building a deep and dominant rushing attack.
The Bruins have 3 running backs, led by Wayne Knight, who are all averaging at least 5.5 YPC with 28+ carries. Iamaleava’s not tasked with a ton of passing, and this strategy should work against Oregon, who got trounced by Oklahoma State’s rushing attack, allowing 5.9 YPC during their lone loss.
Dylan Raiola rose to the occasion against a bad USC defense for a big win. Now, he’ll make his first start off an extra week of rest and practice, but it’ll be tough to cover -11.5 against UCLA’s stout run defense. The Bruins are holding opponents to 2.7 YPC and 3 total rushing touchdowns, winning a shootout against Purdue and throttling a bad Maryland program.
UCLA +11.5 is the side, since it’s too many points for a team with high-caliber talent and coaching.
Next, we’re going to back the red-hot Kentucky Wildcats off a big road win over South Carolina. Kentucky has been a big surprise under first-year head coach Will Stein, going 4-1, with its lone loss to No. 6 Alabama.
The Wildcats have beaten South Carolina and Texas A&M on the road. Now, they are getting +8.5 as home underdogs against Lane Kiffin’s Tigers. While No. 10 LSU has QB Will Leavitt, a dangerous dual-threat, he’s dealing with a hamstring injury, and the team hasn’t been tested since its 32-24 loss to Ole Miss.
That loss came on the road. Now, it’s just LSU’s second road trip of the 2026 season against a dangerous Kentucky offense. The Wildcats are averaging 5.2 YPC and have a +4 turnover differential against their previous 3 SEC opponents.
Let’s grab Kentucky +8.5 to pair with UCLA +11.5, getting this underdog spread parlay to +267 odds.
USC vs. Penn State – Under 54.5/Kansas vs. Utah – Under 51.5 (+260)
Penn State’s first-year head coach, Matt Campbell, is under fire for his 0-2 start in conference play. Losing to Wisconsin at home, then getting blown out by Northwestern, means the Nittany Lions must find a way to win this game against a high-octane USC offense.
The strategy? Defense. Penn State’s strength lies in its defensive unit, despite giving up over 400 rushing yards to Northwestern. USC’s offense is more tailored to the passing attack, which Penn State has contained, allowing only 2 passing touchdowns in 2026.
The Penn State offense has been equally dysfunctional. It’s averaging under 3.4 YPC against Big Ten opponents and has thrown just 1 touchdown. USC’s defense is a bit porous but they did hold Washington to 3.3 YPC and 21 points during their Week 5 win.
Bet Under 54.5 between the Trojans and Nittany Lions for the first leg of this point total under parlay.
Let’s close out with Under 51.5 between No. 12 Utah and Kansas. The Utes have had a week to prepare, and now, they’ll roll out the nation’s third-ranked scoring defense, holding opponents to 10.2 points per contest.
Kansas has a top-40 offense and a top-30 scoring defense, failing to break 21 points against 2 Power 4 programs. The Jayhawks have held opponents to 3.0 YPC and a stout 49.5 percent completion rate.
Under 51.5 feels like the best bet in this matchup. Parlay this with Under 54.5 in USC vs. Penn State to get +260 odds.
