NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Picks: Commanders vs. 49ers

NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Picks: Commanders vs. 49ers - Brock Purdy

The San Francisco 49ers look to remain unbeaten when they host a 1-win Washington Commanders team on Monday Night Football to close out Week 6. Oddsmakers are laying -7.5 on the 49ers as a home betting favorite, with a point total set at 52.5.

As always, we’ll be hunting for some of the best player props available to target in Monday Night Football betting markets. My NFL Monday Night Football Player Props & Picks: Bills vs. Rams settled 1-2 in Week 5. Josh Allen’s rushing touchdown cashed his Anytime TD Scorer prop at -125 odds, although Rams RB Kyren Williams (70+ Rushing Yards) and Bills WR Keon Coleman Over 37.5 Receiving Yards never came close enough to sweat during the Bills’ thrilling 37-34 walk-off win in overtime.

Let’s turn a profit with three of my favorite Monday Night Football player props between the Commanders and 49ers. Follow me on X @Matt_MacKay for more NFL betting analysis and free picks.

Best NFL Monday Night Football Player Prop Bets – Week 6: Commanders vs. 49ers

Brock Purdy Under 0.5 Interceptions (-127)

Brock Purdy has been a highly efficient passer in his fifth year in the league, posting a 69 percent completion rate with multiple touchdown passes in every contest. The 49ers’ signal-caller has only thrown 2 interceptions in 2026.

Insert a Commanders defense that is built to stop the run and struggles against the pass. Washington has only forced 3 interceptions this season, while giving up 14 passing touchdowns.

Tonight, the Commanders have a tall task ahead of them, facing one of the NFL’s most productive and accurate quarterbacks. Let’s bet on Purdy Under 0.5 Interceptions to start our Monday Night Football betting card.

Sharp money is the action professional bettors put down on a game. Here's what it means, how to spot it, and how to follow the sharps to better prices.

George Kittle 60+ Receiving Yards (-150)

We’ve watched George Kittle have some highly productive performances to start 2026, despite coming off a torn Achilles injury suffered in last year’s playoffs. The 49ers’ TE1 has finished with 72+ receiving yards in 3 of 5 starts this season.

Kittle only logged 24 yards on 5 receptions against the Seahawks last week. However, with WR Mike Evans questionable and facing Washington’s anemic pass defense, Kittle is set up for potentially season-high numbers tonight.

The Commanders have struggled against tight ends so far. Oddsmakers have Kittle’s total passing yards prop set at 67.5. Let’s lay a bit of juice and take Kittle for 60+ Receiving Yards at -150 odds.

Kaelon Black Under 24.5 Rushing Yards (-115)

The Commanders have not been a top-tier defense, but they’ve been pretty solid at stopping the run. Washington struggles in its secondary, so expect 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan to dial up the passing game for Purdy tonight.

49ers rookie RB2 Kaelon Black has been quiet since his strong Week 1 performance against the Rams. Black has been held to 6 or fewer carries in 3 straight starts, finishing with less than 20 rushing yards in every outing.

In Week 2, he logged 7 carries for 25 rushing yards. Tonight, Black’s total rushing yards line is set at 24.5.

He’s not getting a ton of volume. Washington’s defensive front is stout, so Black is likely to be held under 25 rushing yards for a fourth consecutive outing.

Bet on Kaelon Black Under 24.5 Rushing Yards at -115 odds to close out our Week 6 Monday Night Football player props.
