NFL Thursday Night Football Player Props: Jaguars vs. Ravens

(Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

Trevor Lawrence 100+ Yards in Each Half (+130)

We kick things off with a game special player prop for Trevor Lawrence. After much consideration, this player prop offers the highest profit with what appears to be the lowest risk. Most of Lawrence’s passing props are juiced up to the max and may keep increasing. If we can get three strong quarters from Lawrence, that should be enough to cash this ticket.

Lawrence threw for over 200 yards on only 14 pass attempts in his previous contest against Indianapolis in London. The Jaguars have had a week to rest, which could make Lawrence aggressive against a reeling Ravens team. Lawrence is averaging over 241 yards passing per contest, and has thrown for at least 300 yards in two out of seven games this season. If Lawrence gets close to 300 yards, we’ll easily collect on a +130 return.

Two additional pivots to consider if you fear a blowout are betting on Lawrence to throw at least two touchdowns and/or to record 25+ passing yards in each quarter.

Bhayshul Tuten Anytime Touchdown Scorer (-105)

This next selection was kind of a coin flip. However, we’re choosing to go with Bhayshul Tuten, given the recent success in regard to crossing the goal line, and a couple of other factors. Chris Rodriguez Jr. returns the same profit of –105, but he’s only scored twice this season. Oddsmakers appear to be heavily favoring Rodriguez to score in this contest. If that's where you’re comfortable, we wouldn't fault you for that decision.

Tuten has been on a surge lately, and while we don't subscribe to FOMO narratives, we don’t want to miss out on this prop. Tuten's production has included a role in the passing game, resulting in three non-rushing touchdowns. Tuten is up to six touchdowns in seven games - including four over the last two. The Ravens have allowed a rushing touchdown in seven out of eight games this season.

Justice Hill 15+ Receiving Yards (-114)

Our last two selections correlate, and these may be the easiest lines to cover for any player this evening. Justice Hill will be highly sought after as the Ravens trot out Joe Fagnano in only his second NFL game. He passed for 91 yards on Sunday after Tyler Huntley left the game with what would be deemed a season-ending injury (turf toe). Baltimore is expected to be down in this contest. This should put a heavier emphasis on the passing game.

Fagnano is in a tough spot, and with the Ravens already trading for Jacoby Brissett, this could be the young quarterback’s last start unless another injury occurs. He wasn’t sharp throwing deep, so the short passing game makes the most sense.

Hill accounted for 20 of Fagnano’s 91 passing yards on Sunday, and is expected to be utilized heavily in that role this evening. Despite three separate quarterbacks at the helm, Hill has produced 15+ receiving yards in three out of the last five games.

Justice Hill 3+ Receptions (-103)

As previously stated, we envision Justice Hill to play a very important role in the passing game for the Ravens in tonight's matchup against Jacksonville. Hill was targeted on eight plays on Sunday and caught four passes. While the efficiency is absolutely horrendous on what are passes a few yards out from the scrimmage line, the volume is absolutely glorious.

Hill led the Ravens in targets once Joe Fagnano took over at quarterback, and we expect much of the same tonight. Of our picks for this contest, this is by far the standout. Hill has caught three or more passes in three straight contests and is in a great spot to reach four after tonight.
