Parlay No. 1: Indiana Fever (+164) at Las Vegas Aces (-198) | O/U 181.5 (-108/-112)

The Fever and the Aces meet in Game 3 of their first-round playoff series. The home team has won and covered both outings so far, while the over has cashed both times.

The Aces won Game 1, 102-85, as 4.5-point favorites, as the over (181.5) cashed. Things got a little hairy for over bettors, as we saw 50 points in the first quarter and 109 points on the board at halftime. It appeared to be smooth sailing until just 42 combined points in the third quarter and just 36 in the fourth.

In Game 1, Indiana shot 45% (30-of-67) from the field, 39% (12-of-31) from beyond the three-point line and 93% (13-of-14) from the free-throw line. Caitlin Clark was good for 15 points and 10 assists, while going 3-of-10 from behind the arc. A’ja Wilson scored 38 points on 15-of-19 shooting and grabbed 16 rebounds, along with five blocks and two steals.

In Game 2, the Fever posted a 99-89 win as 1.5-point favorites; the over cashed again (183.5). Everyone has seen the footage of Wilson confronting a fan sitting courtside. Wilson was likely agitated because the team was losing, and she was just 5-of-11 from the field, although she still ended up with 22 points, nine rebounds and three steals.

Jackie Young did her best, going for 31 points, including four three-pointers. Clark (27 points), Kelsey Mitchell (26 points) and Aliyah Boston (22 points) each had at least 22 points, while Clark dished out 15 assists and hit five triples before she fouled out. Mitchell also hit three treys, while Lexie Hull grabbed seven rebounds, tying Clark for the team high in Game 2.

The Aces have won five in a row at home since August 20th, going 4-1 against the spread (ATS) in the span, while the under has cashed in three of the past four outings at Michelob ULTRA Arena. Of course, that lone over was in Game 1.

Indiana has scored at least 96 points in six of the past eight outings, while allowing 85+ points in 21 of the past 22 games since July 15th. The over is 6-2 across the past eight outings for Indiana, too.

For sides, we’re going to take the Fever catching the points, although the Aces should ease past Clark and company for the win. And we’ll side with the over, too, as this should be an offensive shootout.

As for this same-game parlay, we’ll take Jackie Young to record a combined 33+ points + rebounds + assists for a chance to more than 4.5X our wager.

Parlay No. 2: Indiana Fever (+164) at Las Vegas Aces (-198) | O/U 181.5 (-108/-112)

If you don’t trust Jackie Young for some reason, let’s take a look at the Indiana side of things instead.

First, let’s focus on Caitlin Clark to hit at least three treys in Game 3. She is going to be jacking up a ton of shots, doing anything in her power to get the Fever through to the next round. She has hit at least three triples in each game of this series, including five in Game 2. Let’s play it conservatively here.

In addition to Clark hitting three triples, let’s look to Aliyah Boston to score at least 15 points. She scored 18 points in Game 1 and 22 in Game 2. We don’t need her to be great; we just need her to hit near her regular-season average of 16.1 points per game.
