Is sportsbook sync free?

Yes. Sportsbook sync is free with a BettingPros account. It is not a Premium feature.

Why is there a browser extension?

The extension connects BettingPros to supported sportsbook sites on your desktop. After you authorize an import, BettingPros can add that betting history to your account.

Should I use the app or the extension?

Start with the app — that is where sync lives alongside your bet history and performance. The browser extension is a companion for syncing while you bet on a desktop browser. They are not alternatives: both sign in with the same BettingPros account, and most people end up using both.

Which browsers are supported?

The extension is published on the Chrome Web Store and installs on supported desktop Chromium browsers.

Which sportsbooks are supported?

The extension currently supports FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Caesars, PrizePicks, Underdog Fantasy, theScore Bet, Hard Rock, ProphetX, Novig, and Kalshi. Availability varies by sportsbook and location, and the list changes as books are added.

Why did my sportsbook stop syncing?

A connection can expire — most often after you change your sportsbook password, turn on two-factor authentication, or the sportsbook signs you out. Open your connected books in the BettingPros app, or in the extension popup on desktop, and reconnect the book to resume importing.

What does the extension not do?

It does not place bets, move funds, or enable wagering. It imports the account data you authorize so BettingPros can show your bet history.
