Randal Grichuk (+340)
In the last month, Randal Grichuk has hit a .258 ISO and a wOBA of .446 against lefties. He’s also added 37% of fly balls, 88.9% of hard contact, and an 11.1% barrel percentage against lefties in the last 30 days.
Today, he’ll battle Kyle Freeland of the Rockies, who has allowed a .375 ISO and a wOBA of .534 to his last 33 righties. He’s struggled with righties all season, but he’s been even worse lately. Freeland has given up a 13.8% barrel percentage with 65.5% of hard contact in the last month. In addition, he’s earned just 9.1% of strikeouts against righties in his last 33 starts.
Grichuk is in a good spot to launch one.
Griffin Conine (+420)
In the last 30 days, Griffin Conine has hit a .156 ISO and a wOBA of .349 against righties. His strikeout rate is high, but he’s still hit 27.9% of fly balls with a 14% barrel percentage against righties in the last 30 days.
The lefty has also hit 48.8% of hard contact against righties in the last 30 days.
Ultimately, he’ll face JR Ritchie of the Braves, who has allowed a .500 ISO and a wOBA of .520 to his last 22 lefties. Those last 22 lefties have hit 77.8% of hard contact and a 22.2% barrel percentage.
In fact, Ritchie has allowed 30.8% of fly balls to lefties throughout the season.
Let’s give Conine a shot to close out the season with a bang.
Jo Adell (+420)
Jo Adell has enjoyed a .161 ISO and a wOBA of .394 against his last 36 lefties. The right-hander has hit 37.5% of fly balls with 62.5% of hard contact against lefties in that time span.
Lucky for him, he’ll get to face a lefty in Daniel Lynch today. Lynch has allowed a .304 ISO and a wOBA of .428 to his last 77 righties. Those righties have struck out just 9.1% of the time and have hit 54.8% of hard contact with a 9.7% barrel percentage.
Lynch has allowed nearly 27% of fly balls to righties this season.
That checks out for Adell. Take Adell to go deep at +420.
