New York Yankees vs. Baltimore Orioles
- Leg 1: Luis Garcia Over 1.5 Total Bases (-105)
- Leg 2: Gerrit Cole Over 6.5 Strikeouts (-102)
- Leg 3: Kyle Bradish Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-132)
The Baltimore Orioles will roll with Kyle Bradish tonight. The right-hander has added just 16.7% of strikeouts over the last month. However, he’s still struck out 22.1% of batters this season.
There’s a good chance he’ll add a high rate of strikeouts tonight when he faces the Yankees. After all, the Yankees’ projected lineup has struck out nearly 27% of the time against righties over the last month. Six batters have struck out at least 23.5% of the time against righties during that time frame.
That said, Bradish has still allowed a .339 wOBA and a .378 BABIP to his last 63 lefties. Luis Garcia could take advantage. Garcia has hit a .270 ISO and a wOBA of .363 against his last 76 righties as a left-handed batter. We’ll take him to add at least two total bases.
Finally, the Yankees will compete with Gerrit Cole tonight. The New York ace has struck out over 30% of batters over the last month. Meanwhile, Baltimore’s lineup has struck out nearly 23% of the time against righties. Cole has plenty of potential tonight to rack up strikeouts.

Washington Nationals vs. Texas Rangers
- Leg 1: Andrew Alvarez Under 4.5 Strikeouts (-146)
- Leg 2: Jacob deGrom Under 5.5 Strikeouts (+134)
- Leg 3: CJ Abrams Over 1.5 Total Bases (-105)
Andrew Alvarez will get the nod tonight for the Nationals. The lefty starter has only struck out 11.9% of righties over the last 30 days and will face a Rangers lineup that should have six righties in it. Additionally, those six righties have struck out fewer than 19% of the time against lefties in the last 30 days.
On the other hand, it’ll be Jacob deGrom for the Rangers. He’s watched his strikeout rate drop to 25.7% over the last month. This season, he’s struck out over 29% of batters, but in the last 30 days, he’s added just 25.7% of strikeouts.
DeGrom will line up against a Nationals squad that only has two batters who have struck out more than 23% of the time against righties in the last 30 days. Plus, deGrom has allowed a .184 ISO and a wOBA of .365 to his last 40 lefties. C.J. Abrams is one of the few lefties who can do damage. Abrams has hit a .328 ISO and a wOBA of .472 against righties, batting leadoff, for the Nationals over the last 30 days.
