It’s Conference Championship weekend in college football. Each game has a different stake. We’ll feature one where both teams should earn a College Football Playoff (CFP) spot, but this will determine who gets a first-round bye.
Whoever wins the other Conference Championship gets in. We’ll examine both and share same-game parlays (SGPs) for these two matchups.
For each of these teams, it's simple: Win and you are in. With how the current CFP standings look, there won't be any room for error, so we should see these teams compete hard.

No. 16 Iowa State vs. No. 15 Arizona State
- Leg 1: Arizona State -1 (-110)
- Leg 2: Cameron Skattebo 125+ Rushing Yards (-110)
- Leg 3: Rocco Becht 246+ Passing Yards (-105)
Arizona State's first venture into the Big 12 went better than anyone thought, as they went from the bottom of the Pac 12 standings at 3-9 to 10-2. They have a dynamic offense with playmakers in every facet, and we'll be on the lookout for the big plays they can produce.
None better than Cameron Skattebo, who finished eighth in the FBS with 1,398 rushing yards and is coming in with over 140 yards in three of his last four games. This is a potential stat line burner for him as Iowa State finished last in rushing defense during conference play and was 96th in the country. They will likely lean on the run with top receiver Jordan Tyson out for the year.
The Cyclones will be more balanced, but they might go to the air. Arizona State is 27th in run defense but 69th against the pass. Rocco Becht has done nothing but produce. He has thrown a touchdown every game and has passed for 230 yards in a game nine times.
The determining factor could be the time of possession battle, as both teams will eat up the clock. Arizona State was 15th (32:21), and Iowa State was sixth (33:29) in average time of possession. The Sun Devils could be more run-heavy. The potential production from Skattebo will send them to the playoffs.

No. 5 Georgia vs. No. 2 Texas
- Leg 1: Georgia Moneyline (+120)
- Leg 2: Nate Frazier Anytime Touchdown Scorer (-165)
- Leg 3: Carson Beck 247+ Passing Yards (-115)
This is the only Power Four championship rematch. In the last game, Georgia entered Austin and demolished the then-undefeated Longhorns.
What must Texas do to get revenge? Protect Quinn Ewers. The Georgia defense pressured Ewers out of the pocket, even when rushing four. He can make throws on the run, but when Georgia didn't blitz, they could draw back and blanket the field. He isn't a threat to run, so they don't keep defenders at the line to protect against him.
The thing is that was not the best we've seen of Georgia. At that time, the Bulldogs had recently lost to Alabama, with Auburn and Mississippi State playing closer than they should have. That was also when Carson Beck was amid his struggles, where he threw 12 interceptions in six games, including three against Texas. He has significantly improved and has thrown for 11 touchdowns and zero interceptions in his last three games.
In the running game, Quintrevion Wisner has rushed for 344 yards in his last two games. Nate Frazier will not put up those numbers, but he has scored in five straight.
Kirby Smart admitted this Georgia team is not as good as the ones that won National Championships, but they still have a chance to win and will be favored. Texas will be better than the last game, but so will Georgia, and that's why they will win again.
