Monday's Best MLB Home Run Props & Bets
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Junior Caminero (+425) & Josh Lowe (+900)
The Rays are in a groove at the plate, tallying 23 home runs across the past 15 days. That is the highest total in the American League. A trip to battle the Red Sox presents a clear chance to build on their momentum. After all, Fenway Park ranks second in Statcast’s offensive ballpark factors since the start of the 2023 campaign. Boston starting pitcher Brayan Bello has also recorded a dismal 5.73 ERA in seven career starts facing Tampa Bay.
Two targets stick out in this Monday night duel. Third baseman Junior Caminero has been a force to be reckoned with as of late, slashing .333/.367/.789 with six homers and eight doubles in his last 14 games. Outfielder Josh Lowe is 7-for-17 with a blast versus Bello and sports a team-high 1.010 OPS in away contests. Bettors aiming to take a crack at a longshot wager could parlay both Rays to go deep at +3800 odds.
Eugenio Suarez (+425)
Seattle’s Emerson Hancock has had consistent issues limiting power bats at the MLB level. The young hurler has surrendered at least one home run in 16 of his previous 22 starts, dating back to 2024. Opposing hitters are slugging a dangerous .568 against Hancock’s sinker this year. That’s significant given it is the pitch he relies on most. A road showdown with the Diamondbacks does not leave much room for improvement.
Arizona has logged the third-highest OPS at home in the league (.797). Third baseman Eugenio Suarez has been at the center of that success. The Venezuelan slugger leads the Diamondbacks with 13 homers at Chase Field, and his .664 slugging percentage at home trails just New York’s Aaron Judge for the top mark in the majors. Trust Suarez to exploit an advantageous matchup and go yard for the third consecutive day.
Addison Barger (+550)
Toronto’s Addison Barger does not have the typical frame of a home run threat (6-foot, 210 pounds). However, he does possess the bat speed and upper-body strength of one. The 25-year-old checks in as a top-20 player in average exit velocity (94.2 miles per hour) and hard-hit percentage (53.8%) in 2025. Connecting the barrel to the ball has helped Barger rack up seven homers, all of which have come in the past month of action.
Up next for Barger is a clash with Andre Pallante. The St. Louis right-hander has conceded 11 dingers through 12 starts, which is noteworthy considering he only allowed eight during 29 pitching appearances (20 starts) in 2024. Seven of those 11 jacks have been smashed within the opening three pitches of an at-bat. Expect Barger to be aggressive early in the count and send a souvenir to the outfield crowd.
