The Commanders are 5.5-point home favorites after their bye against the Eagles on Sunday Night Football. Philadelphia is also playing on a short week after losing to the Cowboys on Monday Night Football last week. The game’s total is 40.5 points. Based on the betting info, it’s unlikely to be a shootout.
Still, three Overs are the most enticing legs of the following same-game parlay (SGP). Two are from the Eagles, as they’re projected to be in a negative game script. The other is from the Commanders, as their backfield lacks a reliable runner, and they might need a youngster to step up and help them move the chains.

NFL Sunday Night Football Same Game Parlay: Eagles vs. Commanders
(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Commanders
- Leg 1: Dallas Goedert Over 44.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
- Leg 2: Marquise Brown Over 20.5 Receiving Yards (-116)
- Leg 3: Antonio Williams Over 36.5 Receiving Yards (-112)
The game script may force the Eagles to air it out. However, they might also start the game slinging it, though Washington’s defensive line is banged up, with Javon Kinlaw and Daron Payne ruled out. Still, according to the Fantasy Points Data Suite 2.0, the Commanders rank second in pass rate over expected (PROE) faced (8.2%) this season.
The Eagles also have a 1.3% PROE in Tanner McKee’s two starts. So, they haven’t been afraid to let him throw. Sadly, DeVonta Smith and Dontayvion Wicks are ruled out, removing two of the top pass-catching weapons from the equation.
Without them last week, Dallas Goedert had the following numbers:
- 71.0% snap share
- 57.9% route participation rate
- 17.1% target share
- 0.27 targets per route run (TPRR)
- 27.3% first-read rate
- 18.6% air yard share
- 5 receptions
- 48 receiving yards
- 2.18 yards per route run (Y/RR)
Goedert was even better the week before, despite Smith and Wicks playing. He had six receptions for 61 receiving yards in Week 6. McKee and Goedert have been on the same wavelength.
They should remain in sync this week. Goedert has a juicy matchup. The Commanders are tied for the fifth-most yards per target allowed (9.00) and have allowed the fifth-most receiving yards per game (73.5) to tight ends this season. Goedert reeled in four of five targets for 77 yards and two touchdowns against them in Week 1.
AJ Barner (69 receiving yards), Isaiah Likely (94 receiving yards, and George Kittle (69 receiving yards) also surpassed 44.5 receiving yards against the Commanders this season. Goedert should go over 44.5 receiving yards against the Commanders for the second time this season.
Marquise Brown has played in only two games this season. He played in Week 2 and in Week 7. Last week, Brown led the Eagles in air yard share (54.6%) and had a 14.3% target share, 0.24 TPRR, a 13.6% first-read rate, 21.20-yard average depth of target (aDOT), five targets, two receptions, and 30 receiving yards.
Brown’s vertical usage could allow him to hit his Over for 20.5 receiving yards on a single reception. In addition, Brown aligned wide 76.2% of the time last week, which is ideal for his outlook this week.
The Commanders have held slots to 6.97 yards per target but coughed up 9.32 yards per target to outside wide receivers. FantasyPros consensus projections project Brown to record 32.5 receiving yards this week.
Antonio Williams could enjoy a post-bye rookie bump and an enhanced role after Terry McLaurin suffered a season-ending injury in Week 6. Stefon Diggs might seem like a logical candidate to play more without McLaurin, but the Patriots kept his playing time in check, and based on Dan Quinn’s press conference earlier in the week, Diggs’ workload is unlikely to change much.
Diggs' workload should stay largely steady; Williams could see more targets and higher volume
Dan Quinn: "Stef is doing well. Workload shouldn't change as much. I think it'll be others that would climb up more. Antonio Williams is one that you'd see getting more targets. So we'll look through the week as we go, but I like Stef, especially on the options, the third downs, the things that he can do. And so I would say the natural progression is probably Antonio some more. Not necessarily at the same spot, but a higher volume."

Quinn also explicitly highlighted Williams as someone to see more targets.
Williams had a season-high 64 receiving yards on only a 28.9% route participation rate in Week 1. He jumped to a 54.8% route participation rate in Week 2, slipped to 22.9% in Week 3, and has reached at least 70.2% in his last three games.
Since Week 4, Williams has had a 72.8% route participation rate, 13.7% target share, 0.15 TPRR, 16.7% first-read rate, 21.7% air yard share, 3.0 receptions per game, 34.0 receiving yards per game, 1.12 Y/RR, 49.5% wide alignment rate, 49.5% slot alignment rate, and 1.1% backfield alignment rate.
Williams’ alignment versatility is a plus for his odds of seeing a favorable matchup. Quinyon Mitchell is a nightmare for perimeter wide receivers. However, the Eagles have allowed 9.17 yards per target to slot wide receivers.
Williams should get his cracks at the secondary from the slot and clear 36.5 receiving yards. FantasyPros consensus projections project 39.2 receiving yards this week.
Parlay Odds: +495
