One popular way bettors try to find value on NFL lines is by playing teasers. An NFL teaser is similar to a parlay; you add multiple legs that must all win for the bet to pay out. The key difference from parlays is that a teaser allows you to buy points like 6, 6.5, or 7 in a direction that lowers risk.
Teaser Tips to Follow
- Never Cross over 0
- Tease through two key numbers, ideally 3 & 7.
- Tease games with lower totals, ideally anything 49 or less.

NFL Week 7 Teaser Picks
(Odds via Caesars Sportsbook)
Kansas City Chiefs from (-12 to -6) vs. Las Vegas Raiders
It is hard for me to understand why people continue to sleep on the Kansas City Chiefs this year. While their play hasn't been as flashy or as dominating as we’ve seen in years past, they are still one of the better teams in the NFL.
Offensively they have the 4th best EPA/Play in the NFL, ahead of teams like the Bills, Lions and Buccaneers. Also, they are only going to get better with Rashee Rice returning to the thei field this week.
I love KC at home getting less than a touchdown against a struggling Raiders team.
Indianapolis Colts from (+2.5 to +8.5) vs. Los Angeles Chargers
A team I didn’t believe in at first was this Colts squad, but after proving me wrong every week I am finally on the bandwagon.
After a hot start, the Chargers have hit a bit of a wall, and that could be due to injuries piling up. However, they were seconds away from a third straight loss before some late game heroics by Justin Herbert last week.
The Colts continue to hum on offense leading the league in offensive Success Rate (51.1%) and EPA/Play (.186).
Getting Indy by more than a touchdown against a battered Chargers team seems like a great teaser spot!
Green Bay Packers from (-7 to -1) vs. Arizona Cardinals
The Packers are the far better team and on a normal day they should have no problem covering this spread alone. However, with Josh Jacobs questionable with an illness, and annoying travel issues, the Packers may come out a bit sluggish.
Getting this down to -1 gives us a little extra cushion and just needs an outright win.
Detroit Lions from (-6 to PK) vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
This Detroit Lions team is a different beast at home and has averaged 43 points in their two home games this year.
Of their first six games of the 2025 season, four of them have been on the road. Now they finally get back to Detroit, where they absolutely smash opposing teams.
Baker Mayfield and the Buccaneers have been the talk of the league thus far but their late game theatrics can only last so long in this league. Come Monday night I think they get served a nice piece of humble pie.
This is not a knock on Baker and the Buccs but injuries are piling up on the offensive side of the ball and you are going to need every weapon possible to keep up with this Lions team in Ford Field
Best Bet: Week 7 6-pt teaser
Lions PK / Colts +8.5 (-125)
