New Orleans Pelicans vs. Oklahoma City Thunder NBA Summer League Picks
The Oklahoma City Thunder are still undefeated in Las Vegas. They’re 3-0 and have scored at least 90 points in every game of the Summer League. Ajay Mitchell has taken over in the Summer League. Last year’s second-round draft pick just scored 27 points in 28 minutes for the Thunder over the Orlando Magic.
Meanwhile, the Pelicans have allowed at least 93 points in every game in Las Vegas this season. New Orleans is coming off a 93-87 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, despite getting at least 14 points from four different players. The Pelicans dominated the glass but turned the ball over 26 times against the Portland Trail Blazers. That was ultimately the difference.
If New Orleans can keep turnovers down tonight, the Pelicans should be able to stick around, especially with their dominance on the glass. New Orleans brought down 17 offensive rebounds last night, which gave them plenty more opportunities to score.
Let’s back the over in this one.
Pick: Over 180.5 Points (-115)
