Caitlin Clark Under 8.5 Assists (-160)

The Fever take on the Sun in the first game of the day. It's a fairly large mismatch with the Fever coming out as double-digit favorites. Against a defense that struggles as much as Connecticut, it's easy to see how the Fever could put up a lot of points, and with Caitlin Clark at the helm of the offense, assists could be plentiful.

However, this is a good spot to take the under on her assist total. Clark is coming off a 10-assist game against the Sky on Thursday. This was only her fourth game of the season in which she eclipsed this number in nine tries. Despite her usage being consistent with last season, the early returns on her assist numbers have dropped.

Clark is averaging almost two fewer assists per 100 possessions than last season. The matchup with Connecticut could lend itself to more of a high-scoring day and less of a playmaking day for Clark.

Although the Sun gives up an assist on a whopping 93.9% of three-pointers made, and the Fever is one of the top three-point rate teams in the league, a low percentage of Indiana’s threes are actually assisted. When it comes to two-point attempts, the Sun has one of the lowest assist allowed rates. We can expect the Fever to look to take advantage of the isolation attempts the Sun allows.

The Fever will have plenty of opportunities to score in this game, but that doesn't mean we will see a high assist number from the league's assist leader. Take the under on this number that Clark has failed to reach in five out of nine games already this season.

Paige Bueckers Over 1.5 Three-Pointers Made (-120)

The league's most exciting young team takes center stage on Saturday night. The Dallas Wings will travel to Portland to take on the Fire. This game is projected to be a high-scoring affair, and no one on Dallas scores more than Paige Bueckers. Her 19.8 points-per-game average is among the league’s top marks and paces the team.

Instead of taking her points, however, I'll be on her three-pointer prop. Bueckers averages 4.7 three-point attempts per game. In order to hit two or more threes in this game, she would need to shoot better than 40% on that many attempts. But that's just what she's done all season. Bueckers boasts an impressive 42.9% three-point rate, one of the league’s better marks.

Even at her season average, Bueckers would be expected to clear this number, but the matchup with Portland makes this prop juicier.

Only Minnesota and New York allow more three-point attempts per game than the Fire, but their 33.9% three-point rate allowed puts them in the worst-in-the-league category for three-point defense. With plenty of opportunities and good looks, we should expect to see Bueckers let it fly as one of the league's best three-point shooters and clear this prop easily.
