You’re going to want to sit at home all day and watch college football. This week’s slate is absolutely insane. Not only does the SEC have some majorly ranked games, but the Big Ten slate has games where you can make an argument for either team.

Top College Football Same Game Parlays: Week 5

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

No. 4 LSU vs. 13. Ole Miss

  • Leg 1: Garrett Nussmeier Over 286.5 Passing Yards (-114)
  • Leg 2: Harrison Wallace III Under 72.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
  • Leg 3: LSU Moneyline (+100)

The Ole Miss Rebels haven’t been very elite in the pass rush. The tackling has also been below par to begin the year. If Garrett Nussmeier is seriously the healthiest he’s been this season, he should ultimately cook. You’d expect Nussmeier to have plenty of time in the pocket to hit his receivers. While this LSU unit doesn’t have elite first-rounder wide receivers, there’s plenty of depth within the receiver room. They should step up against Ole Miss.

Meanwhile, Harrison Wallace III finished with just one catch for four yards against Tulane. His better games came with Austin Simmons at quarterback, but now Trinidad Chambliss is the starter. For one, Chambliss is a fantastic runner and will try to move down the field with his legs. Last week, against Tulane, he completed just 17 passes, and no player caught more than four passes in that game.

With that, I’ll back LSU here. Nussmeier is healthy. The Tigers need to get off to a better start. They’ve struggled out of the gate. If that changes, the LSU defense should create enough turnovers to help the Tigers escape with a win.

No. 6 Oregon vs. No. 3 Penn State

  • Leg 1: Drew Allar Over 226.5 Passing Yards (-114)
  • Leg 2: Gary Bryant Jr. Under 28.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
  • Leg 3: Oregon Moneyline (+142)

Drew Allar has thrown for no more than 217 yards in any game this season. However, this weekend’s matchup against Oregon marks his first against a Big Ten or Power Five team. Allar won’t be able to take his foot off the gas, unlike in the previous three games.

That said, he’s facing an Oregon unit that has an underwhelming pass rush. Allar should have time in the pocket to make accurate throws down the field. He’s going to have a difficult time dissecting the secondary of Oregon. But with enough passes, I’d expect him to at least earn 227 passing yards.

On the flip side, Gary Bryant Jr. has recorded at least 29 receiving yards in just three of his last 10 games. He added at least 31 in three of his first four games this season, but failed to make a catch against the Big Ten’s Northwestern. It won’t be any easier against fellow Big Ten squad Penn State.

Even if Bryant isn’t the main focal point of the offense, I’ve still got Oregon winning on the road. Dante Moore has shined with 962 yards passing and 11 touchdowns. He’s been absolutely terrific for the Ducks. In addition, Oregon has already been tested more than Penn State. The Ducks have a much more consistent offense that should propel them.
