I'm expecting the complete opposite in Baltimore tonight, as we have two pedestrian starters in Tylor Megill and Kyle Gibson squaring off. I'm riding with the over here. First pitch for game two is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET from Camden Yards in Baltimore, MD.

Let's start with Megill, and I'll say that pedestrian may be an overstatement for this hurler. The right-hander is 6-4 but owns a 5.17 ERA and 1.67 WHIP this season. Those numbers get even worse on the road as they increase to 7.99 and 2.23, respectively. Also, opponents are hitting .345 against Megill when he pitches away from Citi Field.

As for Gibson, he enters this game at 10-6 and owns a 4.53 ERA and 1.31 WHIP. The Mets have had his number in the past, as the current roster is slashing .293/.361/.420 against him over 150 at-bats. All things considered, we should see a ton of offense in Baltimore tonight. Let's ride with the over.

Phoenix Mercury vs. Seattle Storm

Both of these teams have had plenty of struggles this season. The Storm only won two games in July. I have these two teams as the worst in the league. They have shown they can make game-changing mistakes. That makes this matchup difficult for bettors to read.

The betting value tonight goes to the Mercury. Diana Taurasi is playing great basketball right now. That is enough to tip the scales in favor of the Mercury. I would lower the number of units bet on this game due to the inconsistency of both teams, but Mercury has the edge.
