Welcome to the Monday college basketball slate. March Madness is right around the corner, I can almost taste it. I've been on a bit of a cold streak of late, but that only means I'm due for a bounce back. There are some solid matchups today, but remember not to force any bets you don't love. There is still plenty of season left. Here are my best bets for Monday. Below is a closer look at West Virginia vs. Baylor.

West Virginia vs. Baylor

After playing in their worst game of the season efficiency-wise, West Virginia looks to bounce back against Baylor in Waco tonight.

What was quite surprising about that drubbing of the Mountaineers is that they rank high in the consistency metric and playing away from home. Their 17th-ranked offense did not show out against Texas with their 60-point outing. I believe they are due for a bounce-back game tonight.

Baylor's top-ranked offense will be tough to stop with its dynamic backcourt and its ability to capitalize on second-chance looks. Over 21 percent of their points come from the charity stripe, and West Virginia has difficulty avoiding fouling.

Both teams are offensively focused and will score a lot of points with the clock stopped at the free-throw line. West Virginia should regress positively to where they've been playing all season, and Baylor is tough to stop at home. I'm expecting a shootout here tonight.
